Empty Classroom

Jake was in here. He was waiting for Selia. Apparently, he was going to teach her more stuff, and since her ex-boyfriend left her, he's figured she might need something let her anger out. And so, he was waiting, hoping that after this lesson, she'd be happier.

Selia was certainly not happy before the lesson. She came into the room, banging open the door and sitting down in a desk chair, pouting. "Start teaching." She said dully.

"Well, if you're sitting down, you won't learn anything!" Jake pressed his hands against the desk and grinned at her.

Don't get mad at him, he's got nothing to do with why you're mad, Selia.
She stood up, and she was smiling in a forced way. "Okay. Let's go ahead and learn."

"Alright. Well, you've got your reason to fight, so... try to flip me!" He said and stood up. He clearly thought it was so much easier than actually was.

"Okay." Selia said, grabbing his hand and attempting to flip him over. Nothing happened, except her hand moved.
She tried it again.
And again.
7 times later, she started screaming. "I CAN'T FLIP ANYTHING, DAMN IT!" And then, she punched Jake right in the stomach.

Jake flinched. "That hurt..." he said, doubling over.

"Oh, God, Jake. I'm sorry." Selia said. She bent down next to him. "Are you okay?"

"Yep! All's fine! That was cool, Selia!"

"Okay, I think that's a little too hard. I can only flip over branches so far. Twigs, actually."

"Then let's find bigger twigs! No, like you just said- Branches. And... yeah."

"I don't think that's such a great idea. How about you teach me how to punch stuff instead?"

"But you already know how to do that!" He said, pulling himself up by leaning against the desk.

"Um, okay. How about kicking?"

"Kick the wall!"

"The wall? Uh, okay." Selia walked up to the wall and gave it the hardest kick she could, and immediately dropped to the ground, clutching her leg and cursing.

Jake began to laugh.

"That's not funny!" Selia said. She turned so she was facing the wall. "You're mean, Jake, that was a very mean thing to do."

"Well, I'm not a proper teacher, so, it's not going to be very easy on my side. Umm... My grandpa said you're going to get hurt when you learn a new sport so yeah. But, how about you try kicking... umm... this instead!" He did a simple transfiguration spell, turning a block of wood into styrofoam.

"Oh, okay." Selia started kicking it. And kicking it. And kicking it.

"YOU CAN DO IT!" Jake rooted her.

The styrofoam broke into two pieces. "That felt great. Can I kill something else?" Selia asked, jumping up and down on the balls of her feet.
