"Hey," he said looking up and smiling. Insert sparkling of braces here. "Happy Valentine's Day," he said, and he handed her two chocolate frogs.

"Yea*, chocolate." Lavender popped one into her mouth. She chewed, swallowed.

"Err, hey Lav, I have to ask you something..." Max was turning red like the color on his scarf.

Lavender lifted her right leg to sit on the bench, and rested her arm on it. She was perfectly calm. "Yeah?" she asked.

"Well umm..." he pulled out another chocolate frog. "Willyoubemyvaletine?" these last words came out in a rush.

Kelsi skipped in but saw Max and Lavender, and put two together:
Max+Lavender and Valentines = <3...

Kelsi turned on her heels, and skipped out.

Lavender was stunned. "Uh..." she brushed her bangs out of her eyes. She took the chocolate frog. "Sure. 8D" she smiled, and opened it. Her expression went from 8D to T_T. "Dumbledore again."

Kelsi was in the background of them, by the big doors, but of course they were oblivious of her. She had staggered out of the hall, but was spying intently at them. Losing her balance, she fell over, but crawled back behind the wall, and soon began staring again. ^^ Lawl, this happened through their conversation, but they didn't hear her fall: People were talking too loudly in the hall.

Max looked excited. He grinned and his braces sparkled. "Really!?" he exclaimed. "Thank you so much!"

Lavender smiled, and nodded to say thanks in return. She then ate the last chocolate frog.

[lol, at the party, bailey called me a rapist cause i was haruhi, and chloe was bouncing on the trampoline and i fell over and was bouncing on my stomach on the trampoline with my arms and legs out and i was saying "Ah ah wuah!" cause it wasn't fun bouncing around insanely and karenna said "You're raping the trampoline!
