Elroy gently took Serenity into his arms as he always did when she had one of her panic attacks. Of course, this was different, as for whatever reason he himself felt rather... down. There had to be a word for this. This wasn't the time. Stop thinking.

There was absolute silence from Serenity.
Then, finally, she stepped back, wiping off her face. "Can we order Mexican food tonight? Doctor Who is on, too. Will you watch it with me?"

"You still have the menu?"

"Yeah, it's in the phone book drawer in the kitchen. I'll go get it if you make the order. I want a wet burrito, no onion."

"... What's that?"

"A burrito drenched in cheese sauce."

"A burrito drenched in cheese sauce?"

"It's got meat. And chips. And meat.. I'm not going to get fat, just order it for me so I can go and eat the damn burrito!" She mumbled something about calories.

Without another comment, Elroy went back downstairs to order their dinner.

Serenity sat down on the couch and turned it on to that Doctor Who show she had been addicted to, and waited for that food- and Elroy- to get back.

Ten minutes after calling, he said: "I'll be back." Then, he left to go pick it up.

Serenity whistled away. During a commercial break, she went and got herself a glass of wine.
