3rd Year Girls' Dorm.

"Do... do they even know about it?"

"Yeah. We all got our letters. I just saw Holly walk out of the Great Hall, Drew go out, and Grace too. They were just continuing normal business. TwT"

"Maybe they don't want to show their emotions. They want to wait until they're alone." Kelsi said uncertainly. She looked worried. And very sad. First, there's Sirius Black out there. And- wait...

"Dark Mark? Oh- I've heard about those. But, how? How did she get it? Is there some secret organization going on? Under-cover Death-Eaters regrouping? What if this all leads to Voldemort reviving?" Kelsi whispered frantically.

"I have no idea, my parents didn't want to know and she probably wouldn't tell them."

Kelsi's eyes were wide.
"Andrea's ok, right? And- Oh- Your mother's the one I should worry about. She's not too badly hurt, I hope."

"They're both fine," Lavender said, lying on her bed. "Dad wrote that they're fine, he hid Andrea somewhere in the house when he found out about her mark."

Kelsi nodded slowly. This wasn't the time for thank-yous.
"Oh- Lavender- I know how close you and Casey were. It's horrible... Just..." Kelsi's breath caught. CASEY? A..... a....

"I refuse to say her name. Blegh. Let's just hope she doesn't have any brains left of which to keel all of us. She knows where we live. D:>"

"...Yeah, we do... Hey, Lavender. It's October 16th. Professor Trelawny was right."

"I KNOW!! D:>" Lavender cried, and buried her face in her pillow.

Kelsi rested her hand on Lavender's shoulder. She didn't say anything, though.

Lavender was like, D8.

"Kelsi, get to class, the bell's going to ring soon. If it's Herbology now, take me with you. -w-"

And so, Kelsi pulled Lavvie up, and dragged her out.
"Oh you have your bag, right?"

Lavender tucked her hair behind her ears and grabbed her bag off of the floor. "Let's go. I can miss potions, but not Herbology."

Lulz, so Kelsi escaped. And she decided to start her homework.

But she got bored several seconds into the potions homework. So she just neatly put her other work and books into her bag and shoved the potions book and homework into her back. She ignored the sound of wrinkling paper that was her potions homework being destroyed.

Kelsi stood up and tucked in her chair. She left the dorm and decided to go for dinner.

Kelsi went upstairs, and set all her gifts under her bed. She settled in bed and fell asleep immediately in the warmth.

Lav's Present: Ten chocolate frogs, a hand-drawn picture of L eating cake, a stuffed badger, and something an envelope with a note attached to it saying "I paid a lot for this, so you better like it. -_-"

Kelsi's Present: A hand-drawn picture of a Chibi Miku waving her leek around, a yellow and black pair of knitted mittens with a matching headband, and ten chocolate frogs.

Kelsi's present: A giant cotton candy badger from honeydukes, and a tray of chocolate covered strawberries.
Lav's present: A nice, long, fairytale book.

Kelsi went to bed after finally finishing her potions homework. She changed into her pj's and nestled into the warm bed.

Kelsi woke up. She stretched and stepped out of her bed. She scratched her neck and stepped over to her wardrobe. She pulled on her uniform and brushed her hair. She then slipped a ribbon through the middle so that it's like a hairband, only a ribbon. Then she hung her K necklace around her neck and slipped on a pair of these, only bright yellow. And yes, she does have two piercings on her ears. One on the main lobe, and another less than a centimeter above.

She slipped on her knee-high socks and put on these shoes.

Afterwards, she pulled on a bracelet just like this.

Lavender came up and changed into the shirt that Liv had given her for Christmas.

Then she went back downstairs.
