Serenity pulled out her cell phone and called it.

"Hellooo? Elroy?"

[Internet failure. Sorry.]

The other side answered. "Hey?"

"Hi! This is Serenity. I need to tell you something." Serenity made the face at Olivia silently. "I've been thinking, and I've reached a decision. You are sooo much better than Angel." "Your much sexier, and he hasn't even kissed me. So, if you could come over here at around eleven, if you want another closet incident, with no stunning and History of Magic textbooks. Answer me, yes or no, I'm running out of minutes." Actually, she couldn't hold in the insane laughter anymore. She waved to Livvie to stay quiet.

Liv had a perfectly straight face.

"Uh... well... sure... if you're really ready for it..." He sounded rather unconvinced.

"Of course I am. I'm not a total airhead, and I just can't resist anymore. So, see you later."
She hung up and started rolling around laughing.
"I'll get the bucket of ice water, OK? You get out my videocamera. Second drawer on the left. The one on the right is my underwear, don't go in there."

"Are you serious?" Liv broke into an ear-to-ear grin.

"Obviously not! Angel's SO much better than that hooligan! We're going to dump ice water over his head and videotape it. Put it on youtube as; POTENTIAL RAPIST GETS FROZEN. Perfect, isn't it?" Serenity ran out and returned with a bucket of water, nearly dripping in ice.

"Elroy's got more experience."

A bit later, the doorbell rang.

Serenity put her wand in her pocket and gulped.
"You can go get it. I'm gonna get the ice ready."
She pulled out secret item#2, attempting to hide it behind her back. The shiny tip came up behind her head, though.

Liv did nothing.

The doorbell rang again.

"COME IN, IT'S UNLOCKED! Hopefully he'll lose his way.."
Serenity continued to hide secret item #2.

He opened the door. He was dressed pretty plainly, just jeans and a black hoodie. "Er... right..."

[Olivia and Serenity are on the far side of the house, very corner, through about eight rooms.]

"Hello!" he called, looking around. After another minute, he sighed. "Dang, this place is huge."

Serenity whispered to Olivia. "Stay quiet. He might get lost and run into Muxie. She's our dog."

Just then, a huge female border collie tackled Elroy.

He laughed. "O-hai-there!"

Liv looked completely disinterested.

Muxie jumped up and trotted off into the kitchen, licking food off the floor as always, and barking shrilly.
Serenity had changed into her pajamas, cause if he got lost, she would fall asleep.

"Was this it, then?" asked Olivia.

He decided to wander around a bit.

Serenity whistled. "MUXIE! COME HERE GIRL!" The puppy, (yes she is a puppy,) ran off in the direction of her room.

Elroy spotted the dog up ahead, and so he started running after it.

It ran up into her room and Serenity petted it happily. "Good puppy, good puppy, your such a cute little gurl Muxie!" The dog backed away from her secret item behind her back, scared of it.

He stopped a little ways from the door. He breathed a bit, turning on the charm, and strode forward and knocked on the doorframe.
