"Yeah, you're right, and I dunno," she said shrugging. "I usually just order strawberry, that's my favorite flavor. With chocolate syrup, and chocolate chips. Nicolas had a smudge of chocolate on his nose, in the adorable little five-year-old way, except he was fourteen. But it was still pretty kawaii that he was oblivious to it.

"I was grounded for awhile when I said I'd be visiting a girl friend of mine. They thought I said girlfriend, not girl friend as in a friend who's a girl... so, they went all protected, gave me an extensively long talk about relationships, then shunned me from anything outside the house - including sending owls.
