Fourth Year Girls Dorm

Amanda got an idea. "I will make a nifty piece for my hair!" Amanda got out her nifty beads, clips, and hot glue then began to work.

Libby came up, and fell asleeeeeeeeep.

Kelsi was admiring her hardly-finished dress, when she felt an urge of stealing cream puffs from the kitchens. Fresh from the oven.
"Heh, I'll go do that."

Kelsi ran up the stairs, and got all the speed she needed. Then she dived onto Libby's bed, still screaming.
"LIBBY! GUESS WHAT?!"

Libby's eyes shot open. She fell off of her bed, and hit the ground with a thud. Her arm splayed out when she hit the ground. "What..." she moaned after a minute. She looked like one of Keiichi's victims in Higurashi. Except with no gore. Just the way she lay there.

"Drew..." she whispered, building on suspense.
"ASKED ME TO THE YULE BALL!"

"How... wonderful..." Libby said, laying there. "He told me he would. He also told me he's going to ask for your hand in marriage, but you'll reject that, too. What'd you say?"

"I... said... No. I said no. Because, I want to go alone. Y'know? Alone and proud? But I sort of regret it now, it was a great opportunity. I'll still dance alot with him, though. Alot. First dance, second dance, last dance... You know? But- I'm so happy, cause- he asked me, Lib. He asked me."

She giggled and rolled on Libby's bed back and forth until she fell onto the ground with a loud thump. And got back up and dashed to her bed, and began to roll on it giggling.
"He asked me... to a ball... Oh, I'll have to look my greatest..."

"He asked... and you... rejected. -_-" Libby got back onto her bed, sat up, and facepalm'd. "WHY, I will not know, when you really like him, and going alone isn't the best thing in the world." She turned her facepalm into a double facepalm. "You... dumbass."

"I- well, Lib, it's the whole concept of being different. I'll still dance with him and talk with him, but I'm really not that interested in the whole ball thing. I mean, it could really make people more sensitive about themselves. And I'm sure that everybody's going to have at least one kiss by the end of it. And if I change my mind and want to go with Drew, well that's too bad. My loss. I don't want to go chasing him around the school with a broom, do I?"

"I'm pretty sure you hurted his feelings. =|"

Amanda finally poked her head out of the curtanis. "Alone and proud for the win!"

Amanda finnaly just down on top of the edge of the curtains. "So... ^-^ I'm one of the only people who haven't been asked?"

[oh psh. the first chapter ends at like episode four and the plot resets. and even though that was keiichi, there'll still be a surprise after episode four. o_o]

Amanda was twiddling her thumbs waiting for a response from her nifty friends. "Bwah.. Dancing..." Amanda then sat straight up and began to run around the dorm screaming, "I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DANNNNCEEEEE! EEE EEE AHAHh!"

(... Is anyone active here? )

"One of the only ones... Tanner likes you, Amanda. He lurves you." Kelsi said as she kicked her feet onto her bed.

"Then don't dance, It's that easy. I might just hang around the food table, and accept one or two guys if they want to dance with me. Especially if Drew asks. I mean, well, I'm gonna work on my dress bye." and she shut the curtains around her. You could here her rummaging through the sewing box.

"AH!!" Amanda fell face first onto her bed. "You're right. I'll just hover about... ^-^ Maybe I'll dance and shake my booty for a laugh... I wonder if ---" Amanda then continued to mumble till she fell half asleep.

Kelsi then began to sew the silk layers into her dress. It was going to be a twist of Indian, herself, her favourite colour, but mostly just a ballgown. And a beautiful one, that is. In her mind's eye, she could already imagine herself entering the ball with her long folds of dress, her hair just the way she imagined it, practically glowing from the silvery white reflections from the dress... Kelsi fell asleep with her sewing box on her lap, hand rested on the plain white dress and purple folds of silk cloth scattered around her. She was in a half sitting/half laying down position with her head thrown back hanging limply against her shoulder.
