Fourth Year Girls Dorm

[[She wasn't overly cheery, though. She was just Kelsi. (X]]

"Wanna see my dress? I don't care if is suppose to be a random little secret no one else is looking --- ^_^.."

Libby was changing into hersexy-as-hell dress :A, and grinned to herself. Oh, was this going to be interesting.

Amanda smiled, getting in her dress like a slippery snake.

Amanda had on a long lavender purple dress. Some pink roses were dotted along her sides. It had no sleeves and was cut like the top of a heart. Small beads bordered the outline of the top. In the back there was a place where it was only lace for starting about at about four inches wide it becamer smaller. It stopped about three inches away from her bottom.

She was wearing the least high high heels she could find. They were silver and the straps were tied in a bow shape. Her hair was down with some of it pulled away from her face in a purple stoned clip. For the final piece she wore silver necklace with metalic rose heart shape hangin on it.

She smiled brightly, spinning around in a ballerina circle before calming down. "The flatter the shoe, the easier the dance... Or so I've heard. I thought I'll already have enough trouble without high heels.." She sighed deeply and she put some earring in with small purple/pink roses hanging from them.

Libby continued to brush her hair, and sat down at the vanity in the dorm. She picked up her make-up, and dusted some blush on her cheeks. She put on some yellow eyeshadow, and put a little glitter on the corners of her eyes. Humming the Waka Laka, she put some clear gloss on her lips, and continued to brush her hair after applying the rest of her make-up.

Amanda slowly applyed some silvery blue eyeshadow on the very top of her eyelids. On the bottom was a silvery purple color. To pop out her eyes she used some light purple eye liner which helped greatly, but the make-up itself was hardly visible. She brushe don a very light red brush. She put some clear lip gloss with some visible sparkles.

Kelsi had her hair in steaming rolls mounted upon her head, Her bangs had these flat things pulling them to the side and she was sitting on the stool pulling on her necklace.

Amanda took a long breathe, admiring her work in the mirror. Her long purple dress was like a princess's, but with the huge puff not so huge and it was only a little bubble beggining at her hips. Her make-up really brought out her facial features. Even though she looked paler than usually the pale skin matched well with the purple.. She spun again sighing contently.

Kelsi was in her jeans and T-shirt. Sewing the a small pearl bracelet with a dark purple rose.

Amanda giggled, thinking how muggle boys would give their dates little bracelets with beatiful flowers on them. How funny it would be if Tanner got her one.. She pulled a small magically silver flower from her bed decorations where the curtains covered everything.

Kelsi regretted making her dress herself. It would look tacky, that was for sure. but, at least it was worth it. Was it? Yes. This was the Yule Ball, and she was going to be beautiful.

"Kelsi?--- you don't think my dress it bad do you?" Amanda was having those last minute regrets that always came to haunt some people before great moments.

"No, it's lovely, Amanda. I think that you'll glow ton- ton- OW!" The needle had stabbed her in the thumb.

"Oooo you okay?"

"I gotta go Tanner hunting --- " Amanda smiled at Kelsi like she was a little kid who got a basket of chocolate for life. "Bye!" She then rushed off.

Libby sat on her bed, and slid on her black flats. She stood, and waited for Kelsi to finish getting ready.

"C'mon, hurry up!"

Kelsi like jumped up. She wasn't ready at all.
"DAMMIT, SORRY!" Kelsi leaped into her bed, causing a loud rackus. She came out tripping on the seam of a white coat and such, and ran to the mirror. She pulled out her curls, sprayed on hairspray, dabbed quickly the rest of her makeup, and stood.
"Let's go!"

And so, the two left. =3

Kelsi was sitting at the edge of her bed with her arms leaning against her legs. She was staring at the floor. She's been in that position for quite a while and was thinking of the night. It wasn't exactly the best night. All her friends kissed somebody. It's pathetic, really. Here she was, 14, and all her friends actually have somebody they like, and that somebody likes them back.

She glanced at her dress that was draped against the chair of the desk. It was dark in the room except for the small candle by her bed. So the shadows kept flickering and stuff. She was quite disappointed, since it wasn't the best night. She's had better. Otherwise, at least she got to wear the dress.

She decided to wrap presents.

FOR OLIVIA- A knit green and silver scarf that is really thick and really long. And matching gloves. And a picture of Cedric. Because, he left it hanging around the common room.
FOR AMANDA- A silver watch with little dolphins on it. And a bright blue knit hat. <3
FOR LIBBY- A manga of Azumanga Daioh, a Tomo wig, and green bracelets with a matching green choker necklace.
FOR RACHEL- Four-leaf clover earings, and a pair of black flats with little silver designs that match her outfit.
FOR SERENITY- Two smoky blue eyeshadows of different shades, a clear slightly glitter lipgloss that makes your lips look lighter and a bit silvery, and a light blue purse that has small pearl designs.

And Robin got a book. On how to get guys.


And then she slumped down on her bed and stared at her pillow as if it were its fault that Drew likes somebody else.
"Daaamnnn..."

Kelsi puffed her bangs out of her eyes and lied down on her bed with her belly down against the covers. She never even got to try the butterbeer. What does it taste like? Seriously, it's funny how she never tried it. In third year, she never got time to try it, since she spent he rmoney on other stuff. And she hasn't gone once to Hogsmeade this year. AND SHE NEVER GOT TO TRY IT AT THE YULE BALL. Kelsi sighed angrily again.

Libby staggered in, giggling like Shion. Except, Libby's was a giggle, and not all murder-y-haha-i-killed-someone. She fell face-first onto her bed, and sighed contentedly. She rolled onto her back, and semi-:A-faced to look at Kelsi.
