The First Event [Stadium]

Cedric stepped over a rock that stood in the way, and stared through the silent, slightly smokey area. There was nothing. Where was the dragon? His heart was pounding in his chest and he could feel his hands sweating. Damn, this is stupid. This is utterly stupid. How come- He should have believed Potter- Oh wait... Cedric dived out of the way to obtain safety behind a rock, as the dragon had swung it's tale at him.

"GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CEDRIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1"

"REMEMBER EVERYONE. IT'S JUST A TOURNAMENT. YOU'RE ALL WINNERS. YOU GUYS ARE ALL SMART AND STUFF, AND DESERVE A CHANCE AT WINNING. SO YOU GUYS ARE ALL WINNERS, AND..." After a while, you would probably get the point of what Rachel was saying.

Kelsi was at the edge of her seat, when Rachel had said that. She fell off her seat and sat back up, her yellow-y hair falling in her face.
"Oh god, Rachel." she said under her breath, laughing. Then she went back in her intense state of sitting at the edge of her seat with a cream puff suspended in her mouth.

Nicolas, who was up in the Hufflepuff stands, facepalm'd.

Libby continued cheering for Cedric.

Drew sat there, reading Death Note, oblivious.

Cedric shot out from behind the rock, and pointed his wand at a stone. The stone erupted into a dog, that stood there, barking. He dived past the stones, and leaped over jagged rocks, dodging the boulders sticking out of the ground. His messy hair blew out of his blue eyes, and his forehead gleamed with sweat that dripped down to his cheeks.

Cedric's robes were getting caught on rocks, and was getting torn. He was almost at the stone- Something white hot whipped past him and scalded his arm.
"OW!" he yelled, and rolled behind a stone. The dog was got, and the dragon was making its way to him. He spun around, ran around the rock, dived, grabbed the egg, and landed on his feet past the nest.


THE CROWD WENT MAD <33333333333333

Rachel took a break from yelling into her wand/microphone thing. "But Kelsi, it's true though!" she picked up her wand/microphone thing again. "EVERYONE HERE DESERVES A CHANCE AT WINNING THIS TOURNAMENT!!"

Libby poked Drew. "CEDRIC DID IT, DREW!"

Drew looked up. "Did it? He had sex?" he said cluelessly. He looked around at the cheering fans. "... Must've been pretty impressive to have a whole crowd cheering him on." Drew then returned to his manga.

[[And I'm so friggin literate. <3]]

Kelsi facepalmed.
"No, Drew. He got the egg. But he got burned. Who cares? HE GOT THE EGG!" Kelsi flung up in her seat, and started screaming.

AND THEN IT WAS HARRY'S TURN. OHEMGEEZ.

He walked out onto the silent field. Silent minus all of the cheering, that is. He could feel his heart thudding in his chest. This was insane. He looked over at the Gryffindor stands, and smiled weakly. Where was that dragon, though, he wondered. He saw something out of the corner of his eye, and jumped out of the way - he found the dragon. He held his wand in his hand, and yelled "ACCIO BROOM!"

"Forget Cedric, BRING ON POTTER!!!!" yelled Max from the Gryffindor stands. He had also apparently magnified his voice as well. In the backround from his loud voice, you could hear the many many loud cheers of the Gryffindors.

Kelsi opened her mouth.
"He's not aloud..."

"What egg," Drew said cluelessly. He was absorbed in the manga.

When I get married to Kelsi, I'm teaching my kids about Death Note. He thought.

Libby jumped forward in the stands, grabbed Rachel's wand, and yelled "GO CEDRIC!" as loud as she could.

It took a few seconds, but Harry's Firebolt flew into the stadium. He jumped on it, and flew up high into the air. The dragon followed it - it was on a chain, so Harry could lead it like this for awhile - but, the chain snapped off of the dragon's metal collar, and Harry flew out of the stadium, dragon following him.

Rachel, on the other hand, was rather mad at Max for stealing her GENIUS idea.

"DAMN IT MAX, THE MICROPHONE IDEA WAS MINE, AND MINE ONLY!!!" she screamed into the mic.

"SO!? I SEE NO COPYRIGHT ON THAT!!"

"MAYBE I SHOULD GET ONE THEN!!"

"WELL, MAYBE I SHOULD TOO!!"

"I'LL GET ONE BEFORE YOU!!"

"NO YOU WON'T!!"

"YES!!"

"NO!!"

And so on and so forth.

Kelsi stared, absolutely irritated.
"Of course, he gets the most intense show. What. The. Freak. God, I'm really beginning to hate him..."

Drew magnified his own voice and yelled "HARRY POTTER IS AN ATTENTION HOR KAY THANKS." Then continued to read his manga.

And Harry kept flying...

Max continued to yell into his own wand/microphone thing. "AND AS YOU CAN SEE HERE FOLKS, POTTER IS PUTTING ON A STUNNING SHOW! MUCH MORE EXHILARATING AND EXCITING THAN CEDRIC DIGGORY'S!!! I THINK FOLKS, WE KNOW WHO IS GOING TO COME IN FIRST IN THIS FIRST TASK HERE!!"

Kelsi stared at Max angrily. He really was a Harry follower, it was clear.

Libby took Drew's wand. "SHUT UP MAX!!" she yelled.

Drew continued reading... Harry continued flying...

"YOU SHUT UP BROWN!!" yelled Max back, and you could obviously tell by the tone of his voice, he was pissed. "I LET YOU CHEER ALL YOU WANT DURING DIGGORY'S, NOW YOU GIVE ME A CHANCE DURING POTTER'S!!" Cheering from the Gryffindor's ensues now, for they were in agreement with Max.

"Diggory wasn't the one being chased by a dragon all over the freaking school. Harry clearly has the better chance of dying, here. And destroying the school," she said.

OHMYGOSH. HARRY RETURNED.

And he grabbed the egg and broke his arm and asdfghjkl.

"..." Max had put down his wand, not saying anything anymore. For the moment anyway. He decided that this time, he should just focus and enjoy the game, and the fact that Harry was going to win this particular task.
