AT the fat lady's portrait.

Amanda waited around for Tanner to appear. She stalkeds the door like a wild cat pacing in a cage. She wanted answers, NOW.

Tanner was making his way up here, after Amanda had disappeared when she said hi. He was darn confused. o3o

Amanda stalked the door waiting for the first person to come in or out.

Amanda began to knock very hard on the fat lady. "Tannnneeerrrr!!!"

"HHAAAARRRRYYY? ANYONE."

The portrait opened.

"YESSS!!!" Amanda ran inside full speed ahead.

"EH!" Fry yelled out, and stared at Amanda running right at him.
"What the flip, she just went into my common room. Oh well. (X" And so he left.

Serenity walked up to the door, taking deep breaths.
She felt like she was about to be sick, standing there all alone with nobody to see her throw up of nervousness. It would be terribly disrespectful to leave a pile of barf somewhere, though, so she didn't.
Serenity was a strange sight to see, a bright blue, nearly glowing with excitement and makeup figure, blonde hair elegantly styled at the top of her head, rustling whenever she moved, standing in the middle of the hallway waiting for someone to come out. She held a small silver purse, in which she kept some lipgloss. She fished the said item out, applying it over and over nervously.

The door swung open...

And Harry, Ron, and Parvati walked out, not really talking much.

Serenity put her hand to her lips and started biting her nails, afraid to sit down in case she fell over again. What if she fell over? What if she couldn't dance? Oh no, this would be a disaster, and everyone would hate everyone by the end of the night! Awrrgh....

Cara came out. She looked absolutely beautiful.

Serenity held her breath, biting her lip. Angel was going with Cara. It was obvious. They were secretly meeting. They were perfect-- with her pretty dress, and.. OFF WITH THEIR HEAD...s-- Serenity calmed down, scolding herself and trying not to be paranoid.

Then, Fred and Angelina, arms linked, looking quite happy and chatting. <3

They're cute together, Serenity thought. I bet Angel's going to be the last one out, it's just my luck, oooh, I hope Cara trips and DIES tonight.

And then, Angel came out. He looked as handsome as usual, but he lacked the usual dull look in his eyes. He smiled brightly when he saw her, but said nothing.

Serenity smiled, greatly relieved they could finally go. She opened her mouth, a weird squeaking "Hi" all that came out. She took a deep breath, imagining all the food at the ball. "You look nice," Serenity offered, smiling again.

"So do you."

Serenity smiled, turning around and walking down the steps carefully to the Great Hall. "So.. Um.. How's the library?" She asked, feeling a little bit awkward.

"It's grown rather boring. It seems I've read most of the literature already." He had his hands folded behind his back.

Serenity frowned, holding up a hand to mask her evident displeasure. If he read all the books, that means he would leave soon. Obviously, she didn't want him to leave. "So-- Er, when are you graduating, again? I'm sorry to hear that the library bores you."

Amanda appeared waiting for Tanner. She really wanted to see him soon and give him her silvery rose flower.

"Next year..." he said, his voice trailing off slightly.

Tanner was there in long streaming black robes over tuxedo pants and yeah. <3 His hair was gelled up to spikes, and he was grinning.
"Hey, Amanda."

"Heeeeeeeeeeey. Nice spikes ^-^!" Amanda laughed, nothing , including a random fancy dress, could change her randomness.
