Compartment #2

Rachel had found an empty compartment, and had settled herself in it. Finally, she could get some peace and quiet!

.-. Then a very short, brown haired secondie caled Devin poped in her head. "Can I sit here? My friends are fighitng and it's too awakard with them."

"Oh, uh, sure..." said Rachel.

"Thank-you... All that's left is with you or some freaky, jumpy first year..." Devin looked out the window as she sat down, thinking about reading her book.

"Yeah, some of my friends were fighting with each other too, so I just found some other place to sit... I didn't want to be apart of all that."

"It's very annoying because they look towards you to be on someone's side.. Then one of the friends will and it gets very silent and stuff..."

Since Libby had left too, she caught up with Rachel and sat down.

"Yeah, I agree... what house are you in?"

"Ravenclaw.."


: I changed it. She doesn't seem a fitting Gryfindor)

"Oh... so am I. But, I haven't seen you around before though."

"I'm usually at the libary.. My friends are too involved in gawking at the boys if we hang out in the common room." Deven pushed up her glasses at this time,"They have me running around in the weirdest floors for classes though..."

"Oh.... I'm not really much of a Ravenclaw, really, heh... I spend more time "playing" or hanging out with my friends or whatever than actually studying or spend time in the library."

Devin sighed, looking out the window. "The only reaosn I stay in the libary most of the time is... well it seems everytime I get the wrong answer in any class they're like, 'Stupid Raven Claw! Go be a Hufflepuff!', which I find stupid because I've met a LOT of smart Hufflepuffs.."

"Hmm... In simple words it seems to them if I answer wrong I am commiting an act if parfetti."

"I just try to ignore them... besides most Ravenclaws don't bug me... well the ones I know. And they're many smart Hufflepuffs. Like, moy boyfriend for instance..."

Devin nodded, what a nice girl. Devin was very curious as to what year she was in.

"So... you're a second year?"

"I remember second year," Libby leaned against her seat. "Good times."

"Yea second.. How about you guys?"

"We're fifth years."

"Second year was nice... but third year was TERRIBLE!"

"Whoah fifth year..." Then Devin got wide eyes, "..Errrrmm... third year was terrible?"

"Well, it WAS supposed to be a fun year for most people, but not for me anyway. I ran into some... problems so to speak that year. But, I don't think you will," said Rachel quickly, after seeing the look on Devin's face.

Devin sighed, her face going back to normal. "Heh... Ech I really, really am not looking foward to potions."

"Oh, I hate Potions! Especially Snape, he's the worst!"
