Classroom on the Fifth Floor...

Amanda began to pout. Puppy dog style. "P-A-lease?

"No thanks."

"Fine then. Liv your turn."

She pulled a card.

Boom.

"No. That's why. I don't play games, I hate them."

"..."

"Olivia, do you know the difference between conjuring parts of animals and conjuring the full animal?" Serenity glared at her.
"Well, neither do I, and I'm trying to learn it, so SHUT UP OVER THERE!"

"Eew."

"THAT'S IT! I'm studying in a dungeon or something, it's so freaking loud!" Serenity jumped up, pulling her stupid multitude of bracelets off, slipping off her shoes, along with her earrings and necklace. Throwing them on the ground, she grabbed her textbooks and walked off, not looking angry, but sort of seeming mad all the same.

A piece of a silver bracelet fell off, and the rest of the rhinestone circle rolled across the floor, clinking against the wall and finally falling over noisily.

Olivia stared at the pile of jewelry and silver and stuff. "Hey Angel, can I--"

"No, Olivia."

Serenity came back in, putting her textbooks on the ground next to her jewelry, and sitting down on the floor, belly on the floor, back facing up, knees bent and feet in the air, not doing anything.

"... Charlie. Deal's off."

"I know." He kept smiling, though it had a disheartened look to it.

"What deal?" Serenity's head snapped over to Charlie and Olivia.

"I said I'd pay him ten galleons if you stayed mad at me for more than a week," she said, quickly making something up.

"That's not a deal. That's a bet. WHAT. DID. YOU. REALLY. MEAN. OLIVIA?" Serenity had gotten up now, slipping on her heels for extra height.

"Not your business."

"Why are you lying to cover yourself? TELL ME. I don't think it's a coincidence, Miss Illumination, that you chose to say that after I apologized for you? And why does Mr. Charles M. look so disappointed? You miss, have left a lot of questions and gaps in your stories that I intend to make clear right here in front of an audience! TELL THE TRUTH!"

Serenity had been pacing throughout the entire lecture, heels clicking menacingly, but with the final words, had suddenly turned to point at Olivia with a scary glare.

Olivia looked right back at her, unwavering in her blank expression. "I repeat, not your business."

"I intend to bring in witness testimony." Serenity walked over to Charlie, grabbing him by the tie.
"I order you to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. What is Olivia talking about when she says the deal is off?"

He chuckled. "I believe she said it better than I could."

Serenity pulled up on his tie, looking unrelentless and totally unphased at his answer. "Do you want to tell the truth? Or would you like to lose a finger first?"

"Also, I promised I wouldn't say anything about it. Especially to you, Serenity."

Serenity bit her lip, but smiled and let go of his tie batting her eyelashes and bending over to look him in the eye, still wearing that smile, forced, but still realistic.
"Pretty please, Charlie?"

"I'm sorry, but I can't break a promise!" He shrugged.

"Oh pleeeeeeeeease Charlie? For mee? I'm sure nobody would mind." Serenity's lower lip pouted and she blinked several times like she was going to cry.
