The Owlery!!!

"Yeah, you're right. But, I've been thinking. I mean, he's graduating, right? And I'm so chicken. But, I definitely WILL congratulate him."

"Get over that chicken. Just make a move."

"But I can't just walk up to him and go, 'Kiss me please'." Kelsi began to pucker up her lips weirdly.
"It'd just be... odd..." she began to laugh.

"Why couldn't you?" Libby began to laugh.

"It'd be weird, I'd scare him off." She kept laughing.

Libby kept laughing.

Kelsi leaned against the wall, and her letter fell out of the window.
"Well, crap." she said, while still laughing.

Libby gasped for breath, face turning red. After a minute or so, she calmed down, giggling slightly.

"Oh well. Let's keep walking!"

"Alright." Libby pushed herself off of the wall, and walked out of the Owlery.

"Oh, wait! Man, we've like, memorized the school, pretty much. It doesn't seem all that exciting anymore..."

"I know. This place seemed so big when we were first-years and now it seems so small."

"You kidding? It's huge. Just... so used to."

"Well, it is huge. It doesn't seem as huge now that we're like sixteen instead of eleven."

"Oh, you mean that? Well, obviously."

"It's boring. But I'll miss it when I leave in a couple years, though..."

Kelsi suddenly punched her fist in the air. "OWLS ARE OVER!" she screamed, and made her way into the courtyard cheering.

Libby ran behind her, giggling. But she didn't cheer. Those days of childlike activities were behind her.
