Kelsi skipped down for dinner. And sat at the Slytherin table with a ^3^ face.

Livi walked in and joined her. "Oh hay, Kels."

"Hey Liv. What's up?" Kelsi asked as she served some of this chicken pie.

She looked up. "Floating candles... o_o"

"Wait, what?" Kelsi looked up too.
"...Eh, okay."

"... Never noticed that. o_o"

"They look a little bit like flowers, eh?"

"... Not really... Hey, why don't we have, like, melted wax raining down on us?"

"...Oh, wait, you're right... How come nothings falling on us, Liv?!"

"I just asked that!"

"Oh. But still! Hey, maybe it's like the weather. Disappears with the rain and snow and stuff."

"... I got a snowflake in my pudding once, though."

"Wait, really?"

"Yeah. I think it was."

"That's so cool."

"... Now that I think about it, it didn't melt."

"It didn't? Did you eat it?"

"No."

"Oh, good."

"Wonder what it was."

"Gonna go to bed. I'm exhausted." Kelsi stood up from her untouched plate, and waved to Liv.

"Bye," she said, and turned around and left the Great Hall.

"Bye." Looking around the table, she saw that the pudding bowl was already empty. "..."
