New Cruise House

"Uh... tour, then."

So they had a tour.

"Here's the kitchen, the dining, the hallway with all the bedrooms, I'll show you those tonight. Umm... up the stairs is the attic, or the study, whatever, and outside is the garden. I like it because it goes into the forest.

Olivia stood staring out at the backyard for a while. "It's prettyyyyy..."

"Really? I find it a bit plain. But I like it too."

"The grass is pretty. It's like, green."

"Isn't grass always green? Or- well, unless it's dead, of course. But even then, it's a weird greenish brown."

"I know, but this is like, REALLY green."

"I think it's because it rains a lot here. I dunno. The sky is overcast. Want to go outside? It's usually just really humid and hot.

"Sure."

And so they went outside. It was pretty empty, and a few sounds of birds were heard from the forest. "Okay, we're outside. What now?"

"..." Olivia tapped Kelsi. "Tag?"

"Wait- seriously?!" Kelsi laughed.

"WELL WHY NOT." Olivia ran away.

"I wasn't going to say no!" Kelsi ran after Olivia.

She stopped. "Can't talk while running!" She ran again.

Kelsi kept running. "Why?"

Olivia stopped again, then said quickly, "I'll lose air faster!" Then kept running.

Considering that this was true, Kelsi didn't reply. Until, of course, she got Olivia. "Tag!"

So Olivia chased Kelsi.

Kelsi jumped over the plants. A tree was in front of her. She outstretched her hands and made herself stop from running into it.
"Agggghhhh... So tired..."

"I'm still breathiiiiiing..."

"Oh please, be quiet! I'm exhausted."

Olivia fell onto her face. "Pshya."

"Let's go inside."

"Yeah...
