Fourth floor hallway

"I'm telling you, man, stairs... they're nothing but trouble," said Wallace adamantly as he and Clyde strolled along.

"Just as bad as detention... Hey, ho's that whole girlfriend thing going?"

"What's that have to do with stairs?"

"Everything has to do with stairs."

Wallace flipped his hair. "... How philosophical." He sparkled.

"You changing the subject."

"So are you!"

"So how is it going with on and off girlfriend?"

"You were there."

"You haven't even talked to her any more!?"

"Not since yesterday!"

"Go fix your love life, dude."

He turned away from Clyde. "I... I can't."

"Explain."

"I am a disgusting excuse for a being, Clyde! I don't deserve the love of someone so beautiful, such a magnificent creature!" Wallace struck a dramatic pose against the wall.

"... We're talking about the same girl, aren't we?"

"Who are you talking about?" The sparkles in the air froze.

"The Potter chick. The one we found moping that one day."

Wallace nodded.

"If anyone doesn't deserve the other in you relationship it's her! Your all, uh... handsome? Dude, just go and talk to her."

"She hates me."

Amanda walked by the two, moping.

"I don't care. There she is!" Clyde pushed Wallace towards her.

Wallace ran around behind Clyde. "No!"

"Wimp."

Wallace took off running down the hallway.
