Hematophagy. The habit of certain animals of feeding on blood. Most of these animals have certain mouth parts aiding them in drawing their meal out of their hosts. Needles, teeth, what have you. Once the skin is pierced, the blood is acquired by either sucking it directly through the puncturing agent or by lapping it from the wound. Now, as educated people, we should know that consummation of human blood for us is not only considered taboo in our country, but also is a vessel for many diseases. Hepatitis, HIV, Malaria, others. Not to mention the parasites and whatnot in animal blood.
What does this have to do with anything?
