"Yeah, it has. And you got braces again, I see. Haven't been wearing your retainer? "

"I dropped it in the lake last year, so now I have to wear them again for a year. It's a pain in the you-know-what. Anyway, do you wanna go to take care of my cousin now?"

"Alright, show me the way."

"OK, follow me!" And he led her upstairs to he and Matt's room, where he was jumping on his bed.

"Oh hi! Who's that Max?" asked Matt

"Err, this is my girlfriend, Libby." responded Max.

"WAIT- YOUR GIRLFRIEND!?" yelled Matt

"Yo." Libby peace-signed. Then she asked, "How are you that energetic? Even I wasn't this hyper when I was eleven."

"I dunno! I've always been this way! I never seem to run out of energy! And I'm fine being that way!"

"It's annoying as hell, stop it." Libby told him bluntly.

Matt than snickered. "Hey Max! You two seem PERFECT for each other!"

"Oh you little son of a bitch..." And than Max started to chase him around the room.

Libby watched them. This was somewhat amusing. "I can't wait to see how many points you get taken away from your House when you get to Hogwarts, Matt. Especially taken from Snape."

Matt turned to Libby and looked at her curiously. "Who's Snape?" he asked, with an innocent cock in his head as he turned to look at her.

"I've decided not to tell him anything, and save everything as a surprise," said Max bluntly.

"I just hope that he isn't in my House, or your House, Max. So, Matt, let me tell you something. If you act like this at Hogwarts, you'll likely get your ass kicked and get put in the Hospital Wing for a week or two. :D"

"Awww, Libby, I highly doubt it. Just because you got YOUR ass kicked when you were a little, little first year doesn't mean I will." he said smiling warmly.

Libby returned the smile. "Oh, no, I didn't. You must be confusing me with somebody else. And I was never a 'little, little' first year, that's you. And it's so cute how you're in denial about this." She pinched his cheek. "Besides, if you get too out of hand, I know somebody in my House who has broken somebody's nose before. He could do the same thing to you."

"Oh, you mean Nicky? He's so nice! But he's kinda scary too, though."

Max was trying really hard not burst out belly laughing at this point in time.

Libby, at this moment, facepalmed in dismay. Please, do not let him be a Hufflepuff. Please, please, please, let him not be a Hufflepuff.

"Alright Matt, can you go away now? I want to spend some alone time with Libby." said Max.

"OK! And have fun, with your 'alone time'" with one final snicker, Matt ran off downstairs.

"Oh dear God that kid is so annoying," Libby sighed as soon as he was gone.

"See what I mean about needing to be saved?" he sighed. "I've been going through that pretty much every day over the summer. And now it's almost over. Anyway, how was your's?"

"Mine was okay. Kelsi and I acted like 'tards when we went to the beach. It was fun."

"Oh, that sounds like fun. I wasn't able to get to the beach this summer..."

He than stared at Libby, and he realized he couldn't stand it anymore. He grabbed Libby into his arms, and kissed her. 8D <3

And, even though she was caught a little off guard, Libby kissed him.

"Sorry, I caught you off guard. It's just that it's been too long." And he kissed her again.

[Matt should walk in. ]

"It's fine," Libby said after he had kissed her again. She smiled at him.

And, since it apparently had been a long time, Max simply did not say anything more, but just kissed her again.

AND LOOK WHO DECIDED TO WALK IN.

"Whoah!" said Matt excitedly. "YOU GUYS REALLY DO LIKE EACH OTHER!!"

"MATT GET OUT!!" roared Max who immediately jumped off from the bed and started to chase him around the room again.

Libby facepalmed again. But, she was smiling slightly. Matt had picked the most horrible time to walk in. But, she had to admit, it was a little amusing how this little kid could annoy people endlessly.
