Kelsi itched her head again, stringing her fingers through it.
"I swear, if I didn't hate Serenity, I would be sleeping at her house 'cause they're so flipping rich and have air conditioning."
"It's not that bad."
"I miss the cold."
"When it's gonna be cold, you'll be saying you miss the warm."
"Oh, shut up."
Robin shut up.

Kelsi got up, and left the room.
"I'm gonna go to the fountain, to cool off."
Robin didn't say anything.

"ALLY-CHAN!" Kelsi yelled as she stumbled down the staircase.
"WHAAAT?!" came an exasperated yell from the kitchen.
Kelsi didn't respond.
Fry's head poked out from the doorway, his eyebrows perked up mischieviously.
Andrea's head poked out underneath, a similar expression.
"Hey, Kelsi!" they sing in unision.
"... What, you twerps? Sorry, Andrea. No sorry for you, Fry."
Fry rolled his eyes.
"Whatcha gonna go do?"
"Fountain. I'm too hot to live in this house. Sucks being poor, ya know?"
"Oh, we know." Fry responded.
"'kay, what are you guys up to?"
"Nothing, we're just bored, Kay-chan." Andrea said, and winked.
"Don't use me as entertainment, 'kay? Go bug Robin for a change."
"Yeah, good idea." They ran up the stairs, revealing these huge water-guns. Pink and yellow water-guns.
Kelsi snickered, shaking her head, and left the house.

She jumped onto her bike, and pedaled out of the driveway and through the trees. Kelsi bounced on the large trail, and soon reached the large, smooth road that exited from a new street that the monkeys had built. She road down it, the warm air rushing past her.

Big, fluffy clouds were in the horizon. They were pure white, so that meant no rain. but at least some shade. Which was good. Kelsi kept pedaling, and stretched on until she turned onto some rocky road that reached the town square. Her backpack hung on some hook-thing on her bike, and fluttered behind them like some long blanket or whatever.

Ally didn't want to go outside and do Kelsi's chores in taking care of the garden. She was cooking. .-.

Robin was still doodling, when she felt relaxing icy wet water trickle down her back.
"Oh man... That feels good..." she mumbled, and turned around. It got down her front.
Fry scowled.
"It's not bugging you?"
"Heck no! It's heaven! The heat is pain, so technically this is the antidote. The advil."
Andrea sighed.
"I wanna go swimming. Fry, can we go swimming?"
Fry nodded.
"Shya."

An owl flew in the kitchen windows, and ruffled its feathers. The speedy little owl had a letter tied to her leg. The letter was for Fry, from Holly. :D

Allison raised her hand, and grabbed the owl softly. It was strong, but gently. She settled the owl on the counter and untied the letter.
"Hey, it's for Fry!" she said, and set the letter aside.
"You'll be staying here for a bit, Fry takes a while with his letters. But I'm sure it's from Holly, meaning that it'll take a few minutes.
"FRYYYY!" she screamed, voice cracking from the yell.
"WHAAAAT?"
"YOU'VE GOT A LETTER! FROM HOLLY!"
A door slammed closed, and you heard speed-running down the stairs. Fry appeared next to Ally, hand outstretched.
"Hand it over, lady."
Ally sighed and slapped the letter into his hand.
"Rush it, the owl needs to get home before sundown. Got it?" she ordered, staring into his eyes.
"Yeah, whatever." Then he sat at the table and opened the letter. He began reading it, a wide smile on his face.

Holly's neat, italic writing filled the scroll.

Dear Fry,

Hey! I hear Lavender screaming right now, which means that Felicie is done with the "makeover" or whatever. Lavender doesn't seem too happy with it. Cara left for France (thank goodness), and Casey is still nowhere to be found. Hmmm.

Summer's been okay. I got a tan already, so when you see me, I'll be browner than my last name. [/Lavender]

Nothing interesting has been happening, really. It's been a boring summer. We're coming back in about a month, though! Brace yourself! Who knows how you might react.

Something great that's happened, though: I grew an inch. Hurrah! Soon, I won't have to stand on tiptoe to reach your shoulders.

Fry grinned, and immediately began writing back in his tight, thick scrawl. He loved how she wrote to him.

Holly!

You wrote to me! Awesome.

You heard Lavender screaming? Makeover? Eh, that's just weird.
Psh, Cara was all over the place with Harry in our first year. She was such a pain in the butt, I always wanted to charm that messy bush of hers... Casey acted weird on the train. I mean, you sure something's up? [[wait for it...]] What if she's taking the path that the 'Slytherin rumours' mention? That wouldn't be cool.

But remember, I'll always be there for you.

Man, that phrase sounded familiar. That would be cool though, if you were extremely tan- tanner than meh. Remember that sunburn I had at the beginning of the year? I felt like a freak.

AND THAT MEANS I DON'T HAVE TO LOOK DOWN AT YOU!

I know, it's weird for a boy to hear "makeover." But, I've lived with three older sisters and three older cousins my whole life.

Casey, taking the "Slytherin Path"? That's definitely what I think is happening. Thanks for being here for me. o(^_^)o

Yeah, I remember that sunburn. Remember how Lavender was like, really-really tan? I'm as tan as she was. Probably tanner.

Nah, you'll still have to look down at me. Shoulders means looking down. -_-

Ally rolled her eyes.
"You're ridiculous. You've been sitting at that table for half an hour. Get up and move."

"No, Holly will be replying."


Ally rolled her eyes, and secretly began writing a deep letter... TO PERCY.

Kelsi arrived. OMG.

"OI, ALLY!" she screamed, voice echoing.
"ALLY GET YOUR BUTT IN HERE!" she screamed louder.

Ally entered.
"What?"

"..."

"..."

"... I have lice."

Ally stared a hard, severe glare at Kelsi. Her glare was so flaming, Kelsi wanted to cower away. She raised a hand as if about to hit Kelsi...

And snapped her fingers.

"ROBIN! Undress all the beds upstairs. FRY! ANDREA! Take this spray, and spray every seat, couch, or surface that might be in contact with hair. NOW!" She threw the spray to Andrea, who dropped it.
"..."

The finger Ally had snapped with was still suspended in the air. Then, she brought it forewards.
"Go into the kitchen, Sit on the stool that I use for cooking. GO!" she yelled, and pushed Kels into the kitchen, making her sit down on the stool in the corner. Then she dragged the stool to the light.

She left, and reappeared five minutes later with some clear liquid.
"Alright... You ready?"

"... Erm..."

And so Ally started. But she couldn't get through the hair- it was too thick.
"UGH DO YOU EVER BRUSH YOUR HAIR, IDIOT!?" she yelled after several attemps of putting the liquid into the hair.

"... Erm..."

Ally sputtered.
"You're horrible, Kelsi. Learn to take care of yourself, will you? I heard from Fry that on the last day of school you were unbathed, all oily, in a breakout, what is your problem? Didn't we raise you well enough?" she scolded, as she pressed the liquid through the hair. It didn't work.

"... Erm..."

"Oh SCREW THIS! FRY, GET ME THE SICCORS!"
"No-no-no- PLEASE, ALLY! I PROMISE I'LL TAKE BETTER CA-"
"Too late, it's impossible. I'm cutting it."
"NO!"

FRY RAN IN, AN EVIL LOOK IN HIS FACE.

"Don't- don't let him near me with the siccors, Ally!" Kelsi yelled.

"I'm only gonna cut like, an inch. It would make the work easier." She tried to get the siccors from Fry.

"No, let me cut the hair!" Fry whined.

"DON'T LET HIM!"

Ally glared.
"Fry..."

Robin came downstairs with all the bedspreads and covers.
"What's up? We're not moving again, are we?"

Ally shook her head.
"Fry, give me the siccors!"

Fry laughed, and moved the siccors around.

Andrea came to see what was going on. She had the spray in her hands.
"It's not hairspray?" she asked.

Ally puffed out.
"No, it's not! Don't tell me you put that stuff in your hair!"
"... Maybe... Hey! Fry! Pass the siccors!"

"Nah, this is fun!" Fry laughed.

Kelsi kept yelling.
"STOP IT FRY!"

Ally cracked.
"EVERYONE SHUT UP AND STOP MOVING OR I SWEAR I'LL THROW YOU ALL OUT!"

Everybody shut up. Fry snook the siccors through Kelsi's hair, and cut down a foot. Now half of the hair was up to her ear.

Kelsi screamed.
"YOU BLASTED BLITHERING ALIEN WHO'S *** *** ***************!"

Fry laughed his head off.
"Best part is you can't use magic!"

Ally groaned, and shooed everyone out.

Andrea and Robin were laughing.
