4th Year Girls Dorm

And so, finally after that long, delicious feast, Rachel had finally made it. To the girls dorm that was. And it was just as how she imagined it would be: Nice, warm and cozy.

She quickly pulled up her trunk, and claimed a bed by a window. She kicked her trunk under her bed. She had all year to pack.

For now, she just changed into a light blue cami and gray sweatpants. She than sat down at a vanity, took off the white headband she was wearing, and started brushing out her long-ish hair.

Robin entered the dorm, and chose a bed far off to the right. She ignored Rachel, and just dove right into unpacking.

Serenity came in, grinning. She claimed the bed next to Rachel's, waving to her and putting her trunk under her bed as always. She took out her kittens' cage and opened it on her bed. Three gray striped kittens rolled out, sleepy but moving. They immediately woke up and climbed on Serenity, but a fourth one came out, jumped onto the floor, and ran up to Rachel, climbing up her bed and mewling happily.

Rachel sat up, grinned and picked up the cat and held it in her hands. "It's so cute Serenity! What's it's name?" she asked, while she stroked the kitty.

Serenity looked up. "Aww, there you are Vera~! That's Vera, this one--" She held up one that had a tan spot on its face. "is Alita, this girly right here is Ema," she held up a gray dapple spotted one. "And this fella right here is Miles." She held up a gray striped one identical to Vera.

"Well, I think they're all adorable! I love cats! I have a kitty too, but I think he's downstairs. He likes it better down there instead of up. Probably because there's less noise. I also have an owl. And, that's all."

"Thanks!" Serenity set all her cats down on the bed, Miles jumping up and joining them. She got out her trunk, fumbled in it for a minute, then pulled out a folded metal bar with a bunch of screws and twisty things on it, and what looked like a plastic tarp. She set up the metal bar, which, when assembled, looked like a stand for a hanging birdcage. Then she took out the "tarp", popped it open, and hung it onto the bar. She grabbed a few cushions out of her trunk, attatched them to the proper places, and with a cry of,
"Et Voila!"
Her portable travel chair was complete.

She sat down in it, putting her kittens on her lap happily.

"Parlo italiano, non francesi, Serenity…" She said, quietly. She than decided to unpack a little. At least get out her school supplies so she wasn't rushing in the morning.

"Five hundred twenty five thousand six hundred minutes.."

Serenity sang out clearly while standing up and going over to her trunk, then pulling out some sets of pillows and a comforter, taking the cozy comforter and pillows already provided off her bed and putting on the ones from home. Trust me, it makes you feel more at home when you have your regular sheets.
Next, she took out her favorite stuffed animal, a pink and white bunny rabbit named Pinky, and set it on her bed happily. She got out a group picture of her family, setting it on the desk and sighing, already missing them a bit.
Then she fished in her pocket, looking for her first pair of sunglasses. They were her favorite, got when she was just eleven and the Hogwarts letter arrived. She put them on, feeling silly in the oversized sunglasses, laughing. Serenity took her precious sunglasses off and put them on the table.

Last but not least, she took off her locket and set it right next to the sunglasses. She changed into her monkey and banana pajamas, then climbed into bed contentedly.

Serenity sighed, immediately asleep in the warmth and stormy environment.

[I CAN SEE THE HIDDEN PEOPLE. ]

[[She is?]]

[Now I can't tell the difference. -.-. Livvie, why are you hidden if its not your exact location!? There's no point and it hurts my brain.]
The sun shone through a few clouds, slowly rising poetically through the warm and shining day. Unfortunately, that had to of been somewhere else, because it still looked like night when Serenity woke up drearily. Lightning flashed across the sky, and a huge boom of thunder accompanied the four kittens squealing noises, as they were waking up too. Serenity slipped on the uniform, a locket, and put her hair down in two curly pigtails. She went over to her small mirror and brushed on some makeup, looked around at her sleeping comrades, and sighed. It was much too early for her to get up and be ready so fast, so she picked up her kittens from her egg chair, sat down in it, and put them back on her lap, staring off into nothingness quietly.
"Five hundred twenty five thousand six hundred minutes..." She sang-whispered to herself, staring out the opposite window near the window closest to Robin. Another bolt of lightning lit up the sky temporarily, and a boom of thunder followed.
"How come everything comes in pairs," Serenity asked her kittens, sighing. "Lightning and thunder, boys and girls, love and hate. Everything always has something to it, doesn't it? They all seem to be opposites." She stopped herself, giggling. "It's too early for musings about opposites and the workings of the world. Stoppit, Miles, your scratching up my skirt!" Indeed, the kitten had left a little scratch mark on her skirt. She sighed, pulling out a stray string and then turning her attention back to the window.
[YAY FOR LITERACY.]

Robin was fast asleep in her bed, her long, dark blue/black hair sprawled over her face, covers, and pillow.

[WHOAH! MINE SUDDENLY WENT TO ILLINOIS~!]

[It's awfully close to me, but it's fine. I don't give a dn, if someone wants to know where I am, it'll be hard to find me, I travel so much!]
Serenity sighed, heading down the stairs, but not before giving her kittens a nice cold bowl of milk. She turned back to look at them one last time, Miles mewling and tackling over Mia to get to the milk, Mia biting on Miles' tail, Miles yelping, Alita already at the milk and gulping down, and Vera silently following Alita. Serenity grinned, and slipped on a pair of black high heel wedge shoes that went nicely with her ravenclaw socks, and really set off the "I'm back at school in a uniform" look. Plus it made her taller. Serenity set off, heels clicking gently against the carpeted stairs and all the way until she climbed out the portrait hole.

[my location is like, down to my exact city, just the street is off. but there's no way they could find out my address anyway. ._.]
