[I'm better at descriptions than thoughts-- But I don't wanna go around describing her appearance all the time without having some thoughts. Sometimes I feel literate and sometimes I don't, you know? You haven't said one nice thing about anything I've done in two months, and every single time, I GET REALLY FREAKING SICK OF IT. I DID MY BEST, AND THAT'S WHAT MATTERS. SCREW YOU!]
Serenity had shifted her posture to another weirdo aerobic move. She was sitting on her butt, body in a V shape, with legs pointing straight at the center of the room and arms holding them where they were. After five minutes, she dropped, and looked at the ceiling.

That's what's wrong.
A jolt of electricity zapped through her brain, and she sat up quickly, a small smile coming to her face. It wasn't a happy smile, though, it was filled with a little regret, a pinch of shame.

"I'm really, really, shallow. I have absolutely no life whatsoever besides idiotic dreamy fantasy worlds, and I act like I control everything. I'm unprofessional, boy obsessed, can't get over the fact my friends are who they are and no matter how many times I ask, that I cannot make everyone look the way I want them to. Nobody is perfect, no matter how many pounds of clothes and makeup I load them up with, and absolutely nobody acts the way I want them to all the time." Serenity stood up, sighing.
"I need to grow up."

[[._. Can we actually do something? Like get to the freaking event? Then we'll stall. I mean, we're just missing ONE person. We'll stall for that ONE person. =3]]

Now for the event. -_-]]

Serenity jumped up, slipping on some clothes and going to the third event.
[WARNING. CLOTHES DESCRIPTION AHEAD. I FEEL LIKE IT.]
she came out of her trunk in a chocolate brown pencil skirt, a light blue long sleeved button up silk shirt, the same color brown jacket over it, with a brown and blue plaid headband in her hair, which was, instead of her usual bouncy styles, professionally lying tame behind her, out of a ponytail of any kind. Finally, slipping on some brown heels, she ran out of the common room, looking more professional then she had been since her birth.
[No. Character development first. For Sere, at least.]

Rachel slumped up stairs, after that Event, which, too most people was a little TOO Eventful. She didn't really feel like talking to anyone right now, so she decided that just packing would be the best solution to this.

As she sat down besides her bed, to pull out her trunk, she had a very sick feeling in her stomach, and her mind was tossing and turning with many different thoughts.

Was You-Know-Who back? Of course, he was, Cedric's dead! How did he die? Probably by the killing curse or something like that. What about Liv, how would she feeling about this? She really did like Cedric alot, and cared a ton about him.

That was where she felt sick the most; the part about Cedric and Liv. How is she going to react? Will she be OK? Will she recover from all of this?

And those were the questions that she did not know the answers too.

As all these thoughts began to swirl around in her, it all became way too much for Rachel to handle. With an angry groan, she began to kick her trunk out of her way, and than ran over to a nearby window, and she began to stare out at the mountains in the distance.

In a way though, this whole thing with Cedric and You-Know-Who coming back taught her a lesson. She was thinking it over in her head as she was attempting to pack, (though, apparently she was to stressed out to actually do it.) she realized something very important: she got angry very often. A little to often. And, that wasn't really a good thing.

She now realized all the reasons she got angry were nothing but empty and shallow feelings and emotions. She now knew what true anger was: A wonderful young man dying, You-Know-Who coming back... if she was angry at Robin for instance, that really wasn't a good reason to absolute explode on her.

She needed to tone a bit, calm down... learn to control her temper a bit... As Rachel stared into those mountains, she had found her summer project.

Serenity sat on top of her bed, eyes closed, entire body frozen.

Someone has died. That was the blunt truth of the situation. A living being, warm, happy, that had a life, gone. Everything added up in the case quite matter-of-fact-ly. In front of hundreds of children and spectators, Harry had caught hold of the trophy with Cedric and disappeared. Moments earlier, Harry had saved Fleur from what seemed to be a flesh eating hedge.

At this, Serenity stopped her thoughts, a panic rising.

If Harry Potter hadn't saved her cousin, Serenity thought, would there be two champions dead?

Shaking her head, her thoughts continued. No, the hedges were Dumbledore's doing, but there was always a chance that he might have messed it up and someone could have died if they were sucked up by the hedges. Red sparks had flown into the air and Harry moved on. After fighting a spider, the two boys approached the trophy from different sides of the maze, both appearing to resolve to catch it together. At the moment they touched it, both of them disappeared. It seemed to be a surprise task to the viewers. But then, in that twenty minute time gap, what had happened? There were two possibilities. Cedric had died in the challenge and Harry took advantage of it and yelled about you-know-who being back. Or, of course, the one Dumbledore had believed true, that You know who had killed Cedric and that he was back.

Serenity's eyes snapped open, and she reluctantly stopped thinking about it, changing the thoughts to her summer.

Serenity slid off her bed, into a pair of fluffy blue slippers, and shuffled over to Rachel, looking like a ghost. She was pale, no color in her face whatsoever, hair hanging limp around her scarily, face expressionless, the only hint of life carried along with wide eyes imprinted with the shock of death, not once, but twice in her blue-grey dull and hopeless eyes. It was clear she was thinking about Grace and Cedric. For a while, she was absolutely silent, simply staring at Rachel.


"Two." She finally said, voice scratchy and quiet.
"Two." An exact repeat of the thing she had said before left her lips, and she bit her lip, starting to cry.

Rachel than replied to Serenity, sadly, her voice shaking slightly as she tried to take control of it, and tried to sound calm. "It'll be fine... I promise... life goes on, no matter what..."

Serenity looked up at Rachel, suddenly hugging her. "Thank you." She shuffled back to her bed, curling up on top of it.
