Common Room

Devin sat on a midnight blue, velvety loveseat. She had propped herself up with a pillow and had her feet up. She wore bright yellow shorts with green apples on them and a matching short sleeved top. Devin was engulfed in a conversation of rumors with her friends, which was like listening to gossip magazine be read aloud to you. She was ever so wishing she ould shut thm up .-.

Clyde sat in a cozy chair by the fire, resting during the break. His messy brown hair covered his eyes. As he streched his arms, he let out a slight yawn. He had stayed up pretty late with his friends after they had finished homework. They tried to get him to play some sports and horribly failed. Clyde's lips were in a small smile. After thinking about the homework, he leaned back in the chair, watching the fire.

Clyde shook his head as he awoke, seeing as he was a bit dazed. Shakily, he pushed himself off the chair. In a slight wobble, he walked out of the Common Room.

Rachel entered and sat down in one of blue loveseats and yeah. XD

Amanda followed. "Heh, I wonder what happened to my hair after we cut it."

Devin skipped down the dorm steps.

"Oh, I think the house elves swept it up and hi Devin!" she yelled, waving over at her.

"Heh."

Devin looked up, tyring to figure out where the heck the noise came from. Then she saw Rachel. "Hey!" She walked over. "Wow, haven't seem you in a while."

"Yeah, here, come take a seat," she said scooting some to the side so she could have some room to sit.

Devin came and sat down, looking as petite as ever. She quickly glanced at Amanda as she sat next to Rachel.

Amanda smiled at Devin and slightly waved, seeing that was her new thing. "I'm Amanda."

"Yeah, that's Amanda of Hufflepuff. A good friend of mine."

"Oh. Hi I'm Devin ^^ What's been going on in the fifth year?"

"Ugh... crap. That's the best way to describe it so far. For me, anyway."

"Nothin'. How about you're end?" Devin, "Just the same. But it's pretty suckish today. I've got detention with the Toad."

"Oh geez, really Devin?" said Rachel quietly.

Devin cocked her head, "All I heard that it's lines?"

Amanda elbowed Rachel a littl as is a PSSSHHHHH way, "Should we tell her?" She whisped in her ear.

Rachel shook her head at Amanda and said to Devin: "Yeah, that's what I heard too... but, they're might be a bit more than that."

Kelsi lounged in a seat next to them. She looked as if she pitied the girl.

"Devin. Run away from the school."

"... It can't be that bad. Oh! I've gotta run! Bye~!" Devin ran off after a wave or two.

Amanda looked down. "That poor girl."

Kelsi stared at her friends.
"How do you guys know about it?"

Amanda's eyes looked away at the window, "Word gets around."

"I overheard you and Lib."

Amanda gasped."Are you okay?!"

Libby sat down beside Kelsi. /lazy

"Heeey."

Rachel than started to laugh a bit evily. "Guess what Libby? Kelsi isn't here. So you're going to be FORCED to talk to us!"
