Christmas.

Amanda pushed a small bundle of five white packets over to Olivia. "Instant orange pudding."

"Amanda..."

"Livia?"

"... Eh, nevermind." Olivia took the packets of instant pudding. "Thanks, I don't care much for instant, but it'll be better than this."

"Mhm."

"I got you..." Olivia reached into her pocket. She'd realized that she hadn't done any Christmas shopping this year, and she was trying her luck. She pulled out a crumpled up piece of paper. "... Happy Christmas!"

Amanda smiled. "New drawing paper!" pft. otimist.

Olivia half-smiled and nodded, looking down at the bowl of pudding again.

Amanda grabbed a plate of green and red toast and butter. "Sooo..."

"Some house elf woke me up last night."

"Ew... That's suckish."

"Shouldn't have fallen asleep in the common room, I guess. It kicked me out."

[[Only something like this would happen to Olivia. Only Olivia.]]

"But... you're a Slytherin. That's horrible!"

"They had to clean the chair I guess. I don't know."

"Feh. Who cleans a chair... Wanna go skating later?"

"Maybe later."

"You alright?" Amanda was craning her neck to strech her vision past Olivia, she had her Chrsitmas gift for Wallace.

"Yeah, I guess."

"Ah. You jsut seem a little distant."

"I'm tired."

"Ah."

Olivia was reading the back of one of the packets of pudding.

Amanda was scanning for Wallace.

He wasn't there.
