"Not in her world, I guess." Holly shrugged, eating a spoonful of cereal.

Just say it. Selia thought, looking up at Jake, Eric, and Fry. "Guys, I just can't.." Jake. Jake was so nice. He was teaching her karate. Eric. Even nicer, if that was possible, but really quiet lately. Fry. He didn't even look like Fry, in hiding, because of ... who?

Antonio's relatives. Karin's relatives. What was she just telling Jake? The whole thing was a travesty. And now, she was about to betray her friends to go join it. She froze up, and then finished her sentence, mumbling. "I can't wait for Hogsmeade."

Jake nodded. "Yeah... Hey, we should all get drunk on butterbear!"

Fry paled, and glanced at Eric and Selia. Eric and Fry instantly wore huge grins, remembering the memories of their younger years, with the butterbear.

Selia didn't smile. "Uh, yeah. Sure, let's do it.."

And the owls flew over the great hall, dropping whatever letters they had. One addressed to Serenity Rosensteel landed on the Ravenclaw table.

Serenity squealed and grabbed it, opening it right away.

I'm sorry to hear about your recent misfortunes. It has come to my attention that the new teachers are possible Death Eater suspects; have you heard anything about that?

Things here are the same as always. A few Muggleborn students are missing. Father received a letter that our school was a threat to the Wizarding world, and a few threats to shut everything down or else they would "take action". I certainly hope this won't lead to anything serious, but you never know.

You've always seemed desperate, love. Looking forward to Christmas.

"DESPERATE!?" Serenity screamed shrilly. "I am NOT desperate! But he called me love. Hee-hee. And he's looking forward to Christmas. This is good. This is very good." She put away the letter in her bag- she'd write back later.
"BUT I'M NOT DESPERATE!"

"Yes you are," said Olivia, who had within that twenty minutes gotten dressed and arrived at the Great Hall. She was staring over Serenity's shoulder at the letter.

"I am not! But, look, Liv, he called me love, afterwards." She smiled, in a bit of a cheesy way. "I'm not desperate. And, can I stay over at your house for Christmas?"

"Same as every year. Why not. And how many guys have you been with again?" She took a seat at the table and scanned it for something to eat.

"Uh... Two? No, four. Six. Seven. Are we counting one time to the movies?"

"All of them."

"Then, about 8. Why?"

"I'd have guessed more." Olivia decided she wasn't hungry.

"I'm not a whore," Serenity said. "And I've only kissed three of them."

"Didn't you tell me you gave one of them a handjob?"

"That doesn't count as kissing him, does it?"

"Well, no, but it's definitely something."

"Well, four I've had contact with- that includes Angel and Charlie. I hugged him quite often, didn't I, so he counts."

"Right, right." She poured herself a goblet of water. "I've kissed... three. Only one was intentional, though."

"Wooow, Liv, you're getting on for yourself, huh? I can't wait until Christmas!" She said, smiling. Serenity started pouring some juice into her goblet- but it missed the goblet and poured on the table. "Oh, he's so dreamy.."

"Oi, one was from a mentally retarded kid." Olivia quickly scooted away to avoid the spilled juice. "Yeah, yeah, good times."

"Wow, you're getting lucky." Serenity said sarcastically. "Anyways... Yeah."

"Weren't you there?"
