"Are you naked?" he asked, his voice slightly muffled. He opened the door and looked at her. "Ewww, why are you naked?! IN MY BED?!"

"I thought.. I mean, I was going to.. Well, I thought you would want to have sex with me. You know, this was a really bad plan.."

"It sure was." he said awkwardly and exited the closet in his pajamas. They were matching his underwear. He thought it looked awesome, but like Selia, the idea had looked better in his head. "But, if you want.."

"I would want! Want to, I mean. I don't want you to decide the speed of our relationship anymore. And, I really want to." She tightened the comforter, looking frightened.

He looked uncomfortable. "But I'm so tired. And I want to take a bath."

"Oh. Well, then.. Go on and take a bath. I'll go home. Do you maybe see my clothes anywhere? It's rather dark in here."

He flicked on the light. "You know, you can stay for dinner! And to be honest, I'm just kind of scared."

"I would love to stay for dinner, thanks." Selia said, going and picking up her clothes. "And, I'm positively terrified."

"I don't want to hurt you or anything."

"Yeah, that's what I'm scared of.." Selia frowned. "Hey, are you saying that I'm not aggressive enough?! I'd totally be on top!"

Jake burst out laughing. "Nah, you'd probably fly through the window if you were on top!"

"I would NOT! I'm the more aggressive one, here. I'd be on top for sure. I'd be like, the tippity-top. You're not strong and manly enough to be in that important of a position."

Jake raised an eyebrow. "Oh, is that so." He grabbed the blanket around her shoulder, and shoved her onto his bed. "Are you SURE about that?"

"I'm positive. You're a big wimp." Selia teased, rolling her eyes.

He was then on top of her, staring into her vivid green eyes. "I don't think so." he said with a barely visible smirk.

"Prove it, then. Because I don't believe you." Selia said quietly, staring right back at him. "I might, if you took off those absurd Spongebob pajamas."

"Spongebob? What kind of name is THAT?" he laughed, and eventually managed to awkwardly get them off. "You know, I'm sort of against this, but hey.. It's for you." And so, he totally made the bed rock.

"Do you think your family heard us?" Selia whispered, staring up at the ceiling. "What if they heard us? What if they're outside the door this minute?"

"I suppose it's okay, then." Selia said, laying her head on his chest. "I've been thinking about cutting my hair. I've also been thinking about when it's time to quit my job."

Jake sighed. He had his arm around her, and was gazing up to the ceiling. "Your hair's beautiful, though..."

Selia sighed. "It'll still be my hair, it'll just be different.. More modern. I like your hair, though, don't cut it."

"Ahh. I see. You're getting into that new 2000's crazy with hairstyles."
