Staircase.

So Robin ditched class. She doesn't like chickens.

Elroy, too, was ditching. Except he did it a lot. He was sitting on a staircase a few floors above, enjoying when it moved.

Robin rushed down a downwards staircase, not noticing Elroy several staircases above.

It moved again. He stood and dind't hold the railings. "AWESOOOOOOME. WOOOOOO."

Robin glanced up, and saw Elroy. She did the =___= face.
"It's not that impressive, you know." she said, and turned around. The staircase lurched.
"Shoot! Great, now look what you did! I missed my stop!"

"It's not that great. It's awesome," he called down.

"You keep telling yourself that." she called back up. The staircase slowed to a stop by the DADA classroom again.
"So, you usually hang here?" Robin yells up, casually.

"Sometimes."

"Ah." The staircase lurched, and began moving.
"We're doing boggarts. I ditched." Robin said proudly.

"Boggarts... We did those one year... Haha, good times. What'd yours turn into, eh?"

"... A chicken." Robin grumbled.

He laughed. At her.

Robin's face grew bright red.
"You can laugh. What did your boggart turn into, hmm?"

"Myself!"

"Yourself as a nerd?"

"Nah. I was, like, 40, and I looked really old, and it was just... ugh."

"Oh, I can see. You lose all your hair, and it starts growing out of your ears, and you gain all this weight. And you're desperate, and have failed at life. Yeah, I understand how that's your biggest fear."

And so, as Rachel climbed up the staircase, the search for Crabbe began. <3

"Yeah. Not gonna happen."

"Nope." The staircase reached the other side. But Robin didn't feel like leaving. She was talking to Elroy, after all.
"So, how was your summer?"

"It sucked."

"Wow. That bad?" Robin looked up.
"Eh, mine was fine. Nothing too exciting, I mostly just wrote in my journal."

"Who'd have anything to write about?" He leaned on the railing, looking down at her.

"I usually write about nothing in it. Just write down what comes out of my mind. Usually when I feel particularly emotional, I write down my feelings in it. It usually helps. Otherwise just useless stuff."

"Oh." He twiddled one of his liprings with his tongue absentmindedly. Not that she could see it, she was so far away. XD
