"Take a look inside." Lavender smiled. "It's all empty with all white walls for all houses, but we sell paint cheap at the local store, and when somebody moves in, everybody goes and helps with the moving. It's a nice little village. 8D"

Her mom and dad apparated next to Serenity. Dad used side-along, he's not a wizard. They walked down the road looking at houses until they found one by the river, dusty and empty. "It's gorgeous," Serenity whispered, hugging her mother frantically. "Mom, what do you think?" Her mom looked down at her. "Dusty, vaary dusty, mi Cherie." [Lul, french.] Her dad nodded, not agreeing with anyone. Mom Dad. [Uberly nerdy, has taped oversize glasses on, always saying weird things, wearing tacky nerd suit.]
House

Kelsi dashed on in, grinning, Robin behind her. It was REALLY dusty and old-looking, but... it was perfect.

Back of house, except overgrown and, again, dusty. The plants are crawling up all the stone, and the sidewalk is more narrow because plants took it over, and there are flowers sprouting in the cracks between the stones.

Serenity tried to pull her mom inside while trying to find Lavender. Not a good combo. "Lavender, Lavender, we've found one, it's gorgeous, it's empty, it's beautiful!!"

Instead of Lavender finding Stephanie, some real-estate agent by the name of Hoozur Daddi [or Mr. Daddi] had found them. "k, sign here here n here n dis howz iz urz" he said.

"Umm, sir, I'd like to see your papers of authorization first. Your freaky." Without waiting for an answer, Serenity pulled out her cell phone and called Lavender. Her dad stared at Hoozier Daddy weirdly, and her mom stood protectively over Serenity and her husband.

[Yeah, I know. In that picture she's about to go into birdy-fire mode, so her face gets all sharp and pointy and her eyes stare at you REALLY angrily. She's kewl though.]

Hoozur Daddi smiled and showed a badge. "Hoozur Daddi, Forest Hills Real Estate." He took out some legal papers and the house deed, and a clickity-pen.

OH, and it's MUCH MUCH smaller, and the little pathway in the middle leads to the big farm backyard, and then a small dusty trail leads up to the farmhouse. ^^ YAY!]]

Serenity's dad signed the papers after reading carefully through them and making sure they were authorized. He nodded and smiled at the man. "We can go in now, right? My wife hired some movers, you see, and they're coming in five minutes with some new furniture in the style.."

Kelsi laughed, and yelled out.
"I love it- How much is it?!"
Robin shrugged, eyes sparkling with delight.
"I- I'm not sure!!" she responded, dazed by the beautiful home.

Serenity rolled her eyes, ran in,picked out a small awesome room on the first floor, then started running to Kay's cabin. When she ran out she nearly ran into a mover.

Rachel's mother, Rose stepped up to Serenity's dad and smiled. "Ah hello, you're moving here as well? ^^"

"Yes, you can go ahead and move in. I believe that the Harts are going to help out, though, they always help out when someone new moves in."

Hoozur apparated to the Cruises. "Get your parents and get them to sign this. 8D"

KElsi shifted her feet uncomfortably.
"Our guardian is our sister." She pulls Ally out of nowhere, and after Ally screams, spazzing at house in love, she walks up to Daddi.
"Hello, I'm the guardian of this family. May I know how much this house costs?"

Rachel's father, Chris stepped forward to the relator. "We'll take the house! May I have the legal papers to sign?" he asked.

Serenity's dad pushed up his glasses. "Y-Yes we are. My name is Arnold, and that is my wife Adrianne. The house behind us is now apparently ours, and we will decorate it nicely. I believe our daughter Seriene Jeanne is here somewhere, she just picked out her room. She hates her name, goes by Serenity. She says she really doesn't like french, refuses to go to normal school..." He fidgeted, getting out a chinese finger trap.

The Realtor gave the legal papers to both families, awaiting to anxiously give the deeds and go home.

Rose stepped forward once more again, and become more outgoing. "Ah, so you guys are MUGGLES!" she said happily. "We'll really have to sit down and get to know each other, my husband would love to talk to you... anyway, does your daughter know mine, Rachel?"

Chris and Rose quickly signed them and gave them back. XD
