Clocktower

"Trust me, Rachel. You haven't seen half of her." Libby looked out the window. "Krad isn't a Ravenclaw, though, Kelsi."

"He's a Slytherin," Max pointed out. "Which mean he's smart. I mean, you have to be pretty smart in order to be considered cunning after all, right?"

"He... hit... Amanda... who's a girl... Oh wait, so where should he be?"

"You guys... I'm so bored. It's boring, waiting for the ball. THere's nothing to do."

Apparently due to the change of plans, Selia was sitting in the clocktower, shivering and hiding in the corner with a camera. She pulled a blanket out of her bag and curled up, wishing it was summertime.

Fry and Antonio came up and sat down by the clock thing. Eric came up sooner with all the butterbeer bottles.
"Alright, let's enjoy" he said and popped open one.

Fry popped open another and began to drink it.
"Antonio, you gonna take some?"

"But...there's so much... we're gonna like, get drunk or something."

"Nah, we'll save it. Have some."

Selia rolled her eyes. Boys. Antonio wouldn't notice she had a camera if she waved it in front of his face naked. Scratch that, ewwww, that would be sick. She shuffled over, hiding the camera under her blanket that covered her up entirely. "Heya. What's up?"

Antonio finished his fifth gulp. It was fresh, warm, and actually quite good for butterbeer.
"Hey, Selia."

"Hello. What are you boys doing?" Selia shivered again, freezing, and wishing she had more than a blanket and a recycled from last year miniskirt santa dress on underneath to keep out the cold.

Antonio pulled out a bottle.
"Have some butterbeer, it'll heat you up."

"I'll pass. I'm not an alcoholic." She took the bottle anyways, not touching it.

Antonio shrugged, and chugged the rest down.

Fry was pretending to drink, and was eying Antonio from the corner of his eye.

Antonio set the empty bottle down.
"Alright, I'm done."

[Yeah.]
"Antonio, come on, have some more!" Selia opened hers and pretended to drink, trying not to choke on the buttery flavor. She hated butterbeer.

"No thanks."

Fry shrugged.
"Your loss, mate." He cracked open another. And gave it to Antonio.
"we're not wasting this stuff. DRINK IT."

Selia nodded, then sipped out of her butterbeer. It wasn't that bad. Just warm. Selia preferred slushies, but she quickly drank the rest of the bottle and reached for another one convincingly, hoping she didn't throw up from the excess of buttery grossness.

Antonio shrugged, and began that one. He was half done with it within a few gulps.
"Those house-elves sureknow how to make butterbeer, youknow."

Selia was privately thinking how she wished she could stuff this butterbeer up the house elf's noses, but she nodded sympathetically, taking a sip again.
She gagged, dropping the bottle. It tasted worse the second time.

Antonio gazed at Selia.
"If you don't like it, don't drink it. Hey, you know, that should be a saying. If you don't like it, don't do it. . . Oh god, that sounded funny. 'Don't do it'. Hehe, get it?" Antonio chugged the rest down.

Selia sighed, snapping a picture from under her blanket, no flash, and taking another butterbeer, ignoring the full one spilled on the floor, and forcing herself to chug it all.

Antonio lazily set the bottle next to him and reached for another.
"We shouldn't waste this stuff, right? I mean, it's ok if I drink alot, but it's not like... whoah... it's even better than the first one..." and so he swallowed it down.

Fry stuffed his fist in his mouth to keep himself from laughing. Eric was better at keeping this stuff a secret, so he just kept drinking from his first bottle.

Antonio raised a finger and held the bottle in his palm.
"Y'knowe, we shoulddo this moreoften. Iss like soe good stuff." he said and leaned back. Some butterbeer fell on his front, but he ignored it.

Fry pinched his nose to keep from laughing.

Selia started giggling. A clap of thunder boomed, sounding like it was right outside of the clock. She jumped, screaming, and quickly reached for another butterbeer, hugging it and looking scared. She looked really stupid, hair up in a santa hat, with a rubber duckie blanket around her.

Antonio ripped the blanket away, grapped the camera, flipped the blanket back as it was before, and flashed a picture of Selia. And he was glaring.

Selia blushed, clutching the blanket tighter.
"Er, Fry. I don't think he's happy." She was blushing..
1. Because of what her sister made her wear AGAIN this year.
2. Because Antonio was glaring.

(Pulls Kelsi to the quidditch pitch)

"You tried to get me drunk with butterbeer and take pictures of me, and blackmail me, eh?" Antonio said darkly. He was pretty mad.

"How'd you know, Antonio?"

"Oh, please. It was so obvious. You think I didn't see Selia get all excited and drag Eric away from me so suddenly? And then you come along and say, let's go for butterbeer! And then you bring this huge cart of beer, you think that I would not realize something's up? Well, hate to break it to you, but the DiGandis are forte nella testa con la birra. Which means, we can drink alot, and not get drunk. Something like that. But- really, this stuff's strong..." Antonio dropped next to Selia rubbing his head.

Eric nodded.
"I asked for extra strong, and they gave me it."

". . . Goodbye." And so Antonio left. But he staggered a bit on the way to wherever.
