Sixth year guys dorm.

Angel... was... polishing his glasses... and glaring at Elroy... and... stuff...

And Elroy was glaring back. And he didn't have a date. Because, he was gonna be "busy" that night. Obviously.

And Angel was being all bitchy at him for it.

Serenity slammed open the door, dress sparkling in the light. "I GOT YOU A PRESENT, ANGEL!" She screamed, looking overly proud of herself.

He sat up suddenly. "WHAT! WHO!"

also, the lights were off. 8D

Serenity brought out a match, lighting the candle happily.
"Merry Christmas! I got you a present!" She said happily, jumping over to the foot of his bed and handing the present to him.

He stared at her with a, for once, WTF look. His hair was messed up, and he didn't have his glasses. But, since his eyes were all MAGICALGLASSNESS, he could see just fine.

"I hit Elroy with a turkey leg until he gave me the password. HE RAPED MY SISTER! So I kicked his butt. Anyways, open it! Open it!" Serenity clapped her hands, grinning.

"Miss Rosensteel... I'm quite tired... thank you..." He didn't smile.

"Calm down, I'm not going to watch you sleep like freako Cullen dude. Anyways, see ya!" She blew out the candle, walking down the stairs happily.

"Goodnight, Miss Rosensteeeeeel..." he said in a voice that verged on taunting. He fell backwards again.

Serenity was lying down on the stairs, completely asleep, hugging the present which Angel never took.

Some random sixth year walked up to her. He nudged her in the stomach with his foot. "Hey, Ravenclaw. GO HOME."

Serenity sat up, looked at him, then punched him in the shin.

"Leave me alone, Gryffindor. You go home."

"I am home, stupid." He sighed and passed her up the stairs. He flicked the MAGIC!lights on. "Hey, Anj. Go get your girlfriend."

"Yes, but you're awake and standing within five feet of her. Therefore, it's more logical if you got her home safely. And, really, it's right next door." Even when he was half-asleep, he was being all 'no you'. With sentences.

Serenity made an angry noise, sitting up. "I agree with Angel! You woke me up so it's your responsibility to get your butt up. AND TURN THOSE LIGHTS OFF!"

[*insert facepalm here*]

"Alright, Alright, I'll leave," Serenity grumbled, marching down and slamming the portrait hole loudly.

"And there you go." Angel pulled the quilt over his head. "Now turn the light off, please."

"For God's sake, I'm not going to bed in my dress robes. God, fraktard."

"Excuse me?"

A giant eagle/owl thing flew through the open window, landing on Angel's bed pompously.
[She magically sent out more than one now.]

Angel, who was sitting on the edge of his bed, reading a book, merely looked at it for a moment, then back at said book.

The owl thing fluffed up to him, pecking his hand angrily.

He pulled his hand away. It had a small cut on it now. "Ow."

The owl thing stuck its leg out, shaking the present at him angrily. It clicked its beak together, waiting for him to take the heavy thing off.

He put the book down for a moment and untied the package.

The music box sat there sadly. The figures were unmoving, and the wind was just begging you to play it.
There was a shabby card with too many ribbons on it saying..

He smiled and picked up the music box. After looking at the small, painted figures, he wound it up.
