Just, normal. And brushed.

"Thanks, they're from some costume box in my attic. You... look amazing too- and- oh my god. You DID overdo yourself. SERENITY HOW THE HECK?!"

"I called in a team of contractors. They expanded the hall magically by 47%, added some columns and a second floor, some nice dance floor, carpeting, windows, curtains, doors, stairs, an orchestra, I called catering, and of course we can't forget the table and chair company." Serenity smiled smugly, as if pleased with her creation.

Robin stumbled out of the fireplace. "Well, we can't all be so wealthy," said Rachel rather darkly. "I had to borrow this from my mom. Maybe we'd have more of if we weren't always making those stupid trips to Italy... gosh, we might as well live there,"

"Rachel, you actually WANT to live there?"

"Why not? It's beautiful there. And, I'm a legal citizen, actually," she said rather proudly, standing up straighter.

"They're flipping communists!" Serenity squealed. "They're- COMMUNISTS, RACHEL! THAT'S TERRIBLE!"

"They haven't been since World War Two! I do admit what we did was terrible, but what's done is done! We're now a democratic republic, you idiot!" she seemed offended.

"THEY'RE STILL. COMMUNISTS."

"Your mother is a communist." Olivia had stepped out of the fireplace without being noticed and had snuck over to them.

"LIV!" Serenity squealed, hugging her.

"Serenity, stop making racial comments!" she yelled, suddenly looking very pissed off. "What if I said I thought that the French were rich pompous idiots!?"

"... Argument. I'm going to try the tiny little foods ..." Olivia walked over to the buffet table.

"... Shut up both of you. We're all together, and if you're going to argue, well... well... I'm going home." Kelsi stomped her foot. Of course, she didn't want to go home.

Kelsi stumbled to Libby. "OH MY GOD IT'S BEEN ALL SUMMER." Then she threw her arms around Libby.

Serenity started binge eating the lobster thermidor, looking depressed.

Olivia looked at the caviar. "It looks like papaya seeds..."

"Hey!" Libby exclaimed, hugging Kelsi. "What have you been doing?"

"Don't make yourself sick. What is this?" Olivia pointed to the caviar.

"Fish eggs. Caviar." Munch.......
