Serenity's Mom's house.

"For occasions like these. I have no need for boys' clothes. Keep them, please. Now, Rachel, go down, get some food, and enjoy yourself. I need to stay by the door." Serenity indeed, stayed outside, smiling brightly, and occasionally adjusting her mask.

"The mask looks way to heavy though,"

"Thank you Serenity! And nice cape Max," before Rachel slipped on her mask and rushing off to the caviar. It wasn't everyday you went to fancy parties like this, and she made up her mind to take full advantage of that fact.

"Max, calm down, just make it for your eyes up. It's not a problem."

"Oh, why didn't you say so..." he mumbled, as he pulled out his wand. He began to tap it, shrinking it and such.

"Now go change before I kick you out," Serenity said, grinning and waiting for the other guests.

"Fine," and he slipped into one of the changing rooms.

Serenity continued to stare out into space, waiting for other people.

Libby arrived. "I didn't have anything to wear - hi," she greeted Serenity.

Rachel noticed Libby coming in. She quickly choked down her caviar, which happened to be very salty and delicious. "Oh, HI LIBBY!" screamed Rachel from across the ballroom.

Libby waved. "HI!"

"THE FOOD HERE IS GREAT!"

"Wonderful, Libby! I've got a costume ready for you!" Serenity dedicatedly led her to the changing room next to Max's, handing her a dress and a mask and some heels. "No more blue, so I gave you a nice yellow."

Serenity went downstairs, taking a couple bites of food, but trying not to ruin her dancing ability. Plus if she was too fat, she couldn't dance properly. Taking a look around, mask blocking the corners of her vision, she was again satisfied everything was perfect.

"I like it," Libby smiled, and entered the changing room, closing the door. She quickly shed her jeans and shirt, and changed into the dress, slipping on the mask and tying her hair back with a little hair tie she brought. Then when she was done changing she went over to Rachel. "Did you invite Nick?" she asked.

"No! I didn't know that you could invite people! She didn't write that on my invitation!" she looked rather mad, for she took a chip and crumbled it up in her hand. "Dang it, this was probably the only chance for us to see each other all summer long..."

Serenity spun around on the dance floor, looking disoriented. Apparently there was something wrong with a chandelier, because she immediately went over and screamed at someone to fix it.

"Then write him something real quick. I'm sure there's stuff around here for that..."

"Yeah, probably so!"

A few minutes later, an owl went flying out the window.

Serenity sat down, looking exhausted. She pouted, wishing more people would show up.

Kelsi stumbled out of the fireplace, suddenly realizing she had been wearing white. "Oh, fudge!" Only she didn't say fudge. Immediately, she tried to rub it all off as much as possible.

Serenity pointed her wand at Kelsi, grinning. "Scourgify!" The fireplace ashes disappeared. Serenity immediately ran over and hugged Kels.

"Oh my god, for a second you were going to stun me or something!" Kelsi said, laughing. "Sorry for earlier. Just... warn me before you come bashing into my house, okay?!"

"No problem! What do you think of the ballroom? I hope Elroy's coming," Serenity said, sighing and looking around. "Loving that mask! You look amazing!"

"Hey Kelsi!" yelled Rachel, who was still by over all the food. "The food here is great! Serenity really outdid herself this time!"
