Charms Class

Kelsi forced herself to stare at Rachel for a few moments before returning to the Professor. A few thoughts skidded through her brain- she was just doing a friendly tease to Rachel, not meaning anything in offense. She'll explain it at the end of the class, and will listen for now. She felt a little restless, hoping she didn't insult Rachel too much.

Katie was staying out of this. She drew, studied, and took notes some more.

Amanda closed her eyes taking a deep breath. Ignore her Amanda. Don't start anything else. She's probably just feeling horrible because teenage junk..

Libby just decided to stay quiet now, and took some notes.

[kelsi, reply.]

"Can anyone tell me what the incantation is for the Vanishing Spell is?" he said, looking around the classroom.

Rachel didn't raise her hand this time.

Amanda's hand flung up.

"Miss Potter?"

Serenity shook her head. Teachers pets. She had no clue what it was, and really didn't want to, if it made her like them.

Katie kept writing notes.

"Evanesco." Amanda said, sure she was correct.

"Yes, well done, Miss Potter! Ten points to Hufflepuff. And," he looked around the classroom for a few extra points for their house, would anyone like to pass out the buttons we'll be using today for our classwork?

Amanda raised her hand (X. She was trying to rake in those points.

Libby raised her hand as well.

"How about you, Miss Brown?" he squeaked. "You may go along and do so. The box of buttons are right up here." he said pointing to the box.

Katie still took notes. She was taking ntoes on potions.

Libby stood, got the box, and passed out the buttons to everybody. When she was done and the box was empty, she put it back where it was before she passed out the buttons, and she sat back down.

Amanda poked her button.

"Alright, class, we're just going to practice trying to make our buttons vanish today. Nothing too difficult. But, remember, this is rather tricky at first, so it'll take some practice. And thank you Miss Brown! Another five points for Hufflepuff."

Kelsi placed her button in the palm of her hand.

Katie did the wnad motion, and said "Evanesco" But it stood there, bobbing up and down, and certainly not vanishing.

Serenity poked her button with her wand. "Evanesko!" The button turned a weird color that looked like the desk.
"Crapnuggets."

Amanda pointed her wand at the button, circularly waving her wand and then jabbing at it she clearly say, "Evanesco." The button did nothing. "Evanesco?" It's image flickered a bit but stayed. Amanda continued trying.

Rachel was not even trying. She just laid there, with her arms folded, and her head lying in her arms.
