"Angel hated that outfit... Wonder why we even had that..."

"Oh god, that was disturbing!" Kelsi began to laugh. Then she stopped. "No... offense."

"It's bigger than Elroy's, oddly. Anyway, I think... maybe... I got it at a secondhand shop... or a costume store... I don't remember. I went to the mainland once and shopped and it was awesome."

"I- I wasn't looking there. And YOU bought it?! I thought Elroy got it for himself and Angel decided to- Oh, sweet. Yeah, the mainland has all the main stores and such."

"Yeah. Back when I was all anime-obsessed... Like, around second year or so. I must say, that show was awesome. But, yeah, I bought it."

"I never really liked the shows, or anything, I was mostly a drawing fan. But... I don't think I can draw anymore. Hah... FOUND IT!" Kelsi hit her head again. "Owowowow..."

"Great."

"...What?"

"You found it."

"Here. Rub some onto your arms... and shoulders." she rubbed her head and sat onto her knees.

A hawk owl slammed into the window, holding a fancy-looking invitation.

Olivia was rubbing the cream on her left arm. "I think someone's at the door."

The owl started pecking the window, holding up the invitation frantically. It had a fancy script, in gold, declaring that you're invited.

Kelsi opened the window. "... Whoah."


Robin entered the room at that moment. "OH MY-" she ran out screaming. Because she's still a bit scared of birds.

"OWL!" Olivia dropped to the floor to avoid being landed on or anything.

Five invitations fell out, one for Kelsi, one for Liv, Elroy, Angel, and the last for Robin.
[LAZY] They read the same thing, but in urgent red letters at the bottom saying, "YOU'RE NEARLY LATE!"

Kelsi laughed loudly, and shooed the owl away. "Keep rubbing cream into those burns, Liv. Or else you'll get skin cancer. It's where your skin turns black and shrivels up. Then you'll have to have that part cut off. Meaning, you'll have no more arms."

"DON'T WANT THAT."

"...Yeah. And hurry up. I just got a party invitation from Serenity, for a masquarade ball. You, Robin, Angel, Elroy, and I are invited. So... hurry. And we need a mask."
