Potions 101

Serenity was already catching up on some sleep.

Libby came in, and sat down beside Serenity. "Hey, Serenity..." she started, then realized Serenity was asleep. She tickled Serenity's nose with her quill. "Hey, wake up!"

Serenity jumped up. "Libby!" She squealed, giggling and rubbing her nose. "Haha. Just trying to get back my REMs."

"Your whats?"

"The rapid eye movements your eyes make when you're dreaming." Serenity said, leaning back and watching the rest of the class meander in.

"Oh. I see. Gosh, this is so exciting! I wonder who we'll have instead of Snape for Potions..."

"Oh, I bumped into him in the hallway! Literally! He's huuuuuge. Knocked me right over- spilled my books everywhere. I hear that he invited all the famous people to a dinner party. I wish I could go. It'd be so exciting."

"Hah, I wouldn't be able to go, I'm not famous," Libby added emphasis to her last word. "So, our teacher's fat. I just hope he's good."

"Maybe if you did really well in potions.." She said, sizing Libby up. "And you could pretend to be lesbian, and take me as your date, and if he says no dates, refuse to come without me."

Lin walked into the room then walked towards Serenity. "Hey Serenity, may I ask you something?"

Libby snorted. "Hah, yeah right! Besides, even if he did invite me cause I'm good in potions, what would Max say if I took you instead of him?" Libby grinned.

"He wouldn't KNOW. And, yeah, what?"

[[She should be able to go since she's part veela, right? She could insist on him that she's part veela. ]]

[I wasn't planning on it, but I could, yeah.]

"Yeah, what?" Serenity repeated.

Lin seriously said, "Is Olivia g-- never mind." Then she walked off to the far side of the room and took a seat.

[=/ should amanda go?]

[If Amanda goes, Serenity will. I don't wanna be the only one.]

[[Ahaha, who even PLAYS him?]]

[*smashes hammer down on desk* SOLD! TO OLIVIA H***!]]

Serenity leaned back in her chair. "You know, it'd be so awesome if we had spinny chairs."

"Hah! It would. But I guess we have to stick with these boring ones for now."

[I dunno if that would be to sue-ish or what =/]

(I'll make Rachel go. o3o He could be like inviting Purebloods and stuff... o3o)

[I think Amanda may go after she's invited at Potions class, like after Slughorn figures out she's the unknown girl who lived.]
