Amanda appeared through the door, looking at some of the school owls with half way closed eyes. She didn't really get how they worked because she always have had Masked. Cocking her head a little, she reached out for a near by owl like she did with Masked. It pecked her angrily and flew off. Amanda's eye's were now wider as she kept trying.

Serenity stopped spinning and dreaming and stared at Amanda. "What are you doing?"

"Trying to get one of these dang birds to cooperate... I've never used a school one, since before the Death Eaters tried to kill me and killed Masked, I had him."

"Sarcasm is much more fit for smarter people, tact on the other hand is perfectly suitable for this moment." Amanda said cooly, as she finally got an owl to go send a letter for her. Her right hand was kind of cut up.

"God, I was only being nice. What's your problem?" Serenity asked, sitting back on the straw.

"What are you to me almost every other minute of the day?" Amanda snapped, as she began walked down the steps of the Owerly.

"I wish they'd hit you instead of your owl! It's much less annoying- plus, if you were dead, that stupid thing couldn't send us your annoying letters!" Serenity said, furious, and she stood up to glare at her.

Amanda stopped for a moment as if someone had just punched her in the gut. She opened her mouth to say something but only a crackly whisper came out of her mouth, and it echoed for a while because of the narrow walls in the little stairway. "Maybe they should have. It would have been less painful." Amanda then dashed out of the narrow staricase and into the open crowds of Hogwarts.

"SCREW YOU!" Serenity shouted out the window.
