"Oooh, how?"

"I don't know. Tell them that in that hallway with no windows, if you roll on the floor, the wall on top of them opens and shoots out a ton of galleons."

"Oh, could tell them if you do too well or too badly in classes they feed you to whatever Hagrid's got."

"Sure. You go first. Hey, you kids! Get over here, We've got some gold ol' advice for you..."

The younglings went up to the wise ones. Kelsi twitched a little when she realized one of them was as tall as her. She began mumbling.

"Advice? For what?" asked a small boy. His voice hadn't hit puberty yet. Woo.

"Oh, we each have a few bits of advice for the later years. You have to spread them through all your year, though, okay?"

His friend girl nodded quickoy, her high pony tail bouncing.

Amanda grinned, "First off, if you do too badly with your grades ,or even too well, they feed you to whatever Hagrid has."

"WHA?!"

Amanda gave the two firast years a bery creepy smile, allowing her four little pointy teeth to show. Half of her face was was lit up by the fire, while the other half, which was facing away from the fire, was all shadowy. "And I heard a grade check up is soon..."

Kelsi pushed Amanda out of the shadow range. Although her face was half-lit by the flames, she smiled warmly. "Don't worry, there's a special training to make sure you don't get eaten. That, or your parents will need to get a law suit."

"What's a law suit?"

"Never-mind."

Amanda almost said a suit of made of law. But, she didn't.

"Kels has much better advice for you."

"Yes, but you have to come back tomorrow for my advice, munchkins."


"What's a munchkin?"


"You seriously don't know?" Kelsi rolled her eyes at Amanda. "They're worse than I thought..."

Amanda giggled a bit. "Terms are different I guess."

"Kels, I've gotta run. Better got to the library, finish more of the homework!" Amanda grabbed her books and bag. "Cya later!" And then, ran out.

Amanda sat there silently, by herself. She was curled up in a large black cushioned chair by the fire place, her equivalent of Olivia’s chair. Staring at the flickering tips of each flame dancing about in the fireplace, she wondered if it were really fair that the Slytherins got green fire, if Hufflepuffs got the normal. Hmm…. Well. I guess yellow is average in a fire and is part of our colors… Everyone has been so on edge about mud- I mean people who have no magical family but is magical. Ah… My own mind, not using it as an insult. Mudbloods. If mudbloods get killed… Kelsi… Robin… Their brother and sisters… So many people in school… Is Serenity? Well, I know the vela thing, but does that mess with anything? Probably not… What if they don’t only kill mudbloods, but everyone who’s not pure blooded? Well, I’d be dead too… Not much to reflect on there… I don’t know why people hate mudbloods so much… Isn’t not like they look different, or act different. This is worse then racial discrimination, in my opinion… I mean, so they are little different family tree wise. What does it matter? It doesn’t affect anything…


Amanda slammed her head against the back of the chair, heading chairing you could say. God, why does this have to be so confusing? I mean why can’t life be simple and happy, once in a while an upset will occur then everyone is all happy like in a book how at the ending all life is good… But people aren’t fake. We have emotions and don’t react like some people at the end of a book forget everything after the hero wins… So who’s the hero in this never ending drama of life? Harry? Well, can’t be cause muggles don’t have a clue about him so… The heroine? Me? But I don’t do anything. I’m the unknown girl who is Potter’s sister. How about I’m the main character with Olivia in an anime. Yeah. That fits better than a book. This way we can be a Slice of Pie anime… wait. No. Wrong term. Slice of Life… GOD! What is with me? I try to reflect on my entire surroundings of blood and I go off talking about anime. No wonder my friends got ticked at me for that… I really need to take time to do this more.
