Defence Against the Dark Arts

Lavender's face turned red from lol'ing. She fell onto the floor, laughing insanely.

Kelsi slowly turned around, and she toppled onto Lavender laughing insanely hard.
"Man...!" she gasps out, tears running down face.

Proffessor spluttered, and stomped back into his classroom. He slammed the door shut, and we could hear his footsteps disappear as he marched into his office.

Lavender couldn't breath, she was laughing so hard. "I bet his favorite color isn't lavender anymore! " Lavender said, finally regaining her cool, and still giggling.

Kelsi's eyes were rimmed with red from the tears, and she sniffled, snickering.
"no... I doubt it is. Maybe it's something in the yellows, now..." Kelsi laughed.
[[FYI, Lavender is in the family of PURPLE. And since Kelsi is an art freak, she knows all about complementary colors, which means opposite colors. Yellow and Purple are complimentary colors, meaning they're opposites, which is why something ranging in yellow would be suitable for him, since it's technically the opposite of 'lavender'.]]
She sat up, and pulled her self up.

Lavender stood, and picked up her bag. She finger-combed her hair so that it didn't completely stick up and be all tangled.

Kelsi let her messy hair be.
"I'm hungry." she mumbled.

Kelsi entered. But it was early. So she decided to read.

Lavender entered after her, magically wearing her robes. :3

"Hi, Lavender!" XD

"Konnichi-wa." Lavender said. "I haven't seen Casey yet, and usually she comes back with a bang. D'you think anything happened to her?"

Kelsi shrugged.
"When I checked at the Slytherin table, she wasn't there. Maybe she slept in?"

"But she would've at least come and attacked me." Lavender said. "Maybe she stayed at home instead of coming back."

"Maybe," Kelsi said mysteriously.
Pause.
"Wait- didn't you say something about her not coming back? What if she meant it?"

"Guess she must have. She's a seventh-year anyway, so it doesn't matter."

"I dunno... Seventh Years have to finish their year if they want to get into a really good job..."

Lavender pursed her lips and placed her quill in the space between her nose and mouth. She held it there, and mumbled, "Sheneverreallycared..."

"Last year, she was a good student, what happened to her?"
The classroom began getting more filled up with people. PRofessor Lockhart still wasn't there.

"Dunno." Lavender said, leaning her neck back so the quill wouldn't fall.

Enter Max and his friends. Defense Against the Dark Arts had begun Max's favorite subject lately. Mostly because it was easy to mess around with the teacher and that class.

The magical bell, or whatever there was that prooved that class started went off.
Professor still didn't arrive. He often was late. XD Too busy getting ready.
Kelsi snorted.
"Psh, let's make a run for it while we can..."
Then he entered.
"Aww..."

"Hey, Professor!" Lavender called. "Your favorite color and student is here and ready to learn! 8D"

Max and his friends smirked and began their usual whispering. Their usual whispering about chaos no doubt.

Lockharts perky face's happiness faded away for a moment, but he soon regained it.
"Hi there, Mrs. Brown! By the way, Brown isn't my favorite color." He turned his back on here, sealing the conversation. Rofl. He hates her. Ever since the pixie incident.

Max called out at Professor Lockhart: "Hi there teacher! And by the way, you aren't my favorite teacher."

Lockhart smiled.
"I once had a friend named Max! He turned out to be a death eater!" Lockhart laughed, as if it were a coincidence. Then he got all serious and dramatic. "I defeated him, by the way."


He started he lesson. It was on his great defeat of a banshee.
