Breakfast, first day.

"Yeah, well... that's you... I love transfiguration."

Amanda carefully stared at a muffin before biting into it, glad she picked chocolate chip this time.

"I'm kinda excited for Magical Creatures classes."

"I've never liked that class..."

Amanda pushed up her glasses, smiling and shrugging at the same time.

"I've found a new intrest for it."

"Really."

"Yes. I've been studying a bit about in on my own."

"So, what class do you guys have first?"

(Because of all the different classes being dropped, are we doing all together or mixed up?)

"I have... uhh... I think, Divination."

Amanda smiled widely. "Oooooh, same here!"

"Sweet. Love that class."

"Nice and easy. Just make up terrible things."

"Exactly."

"I bet any good novelist could ACE it."

"Probably.

"I'm looking foward to this year."

Serenity gave Olivia an odd look. "You just said you were in potions first."

"I did?" She ate the last bit of the muffin.

"Yeah, you did. When you first sat down."

"... Maybe that's after lunch ... I don't know."

"Hm. So, if you do have potions first, can we sit together?"

"No."

"Why?"

Amanda was quiet, feeling kind of awkward.

Amanda took of bite of her muffin, crumbs falling down from into onto the midnight black and sunlight yellow striped plate in front of her. Quietly she said, "I never noticed our dishes and everything were house colors." Then she picked up a cup of white, foamy milk nd took a sip of it. Reaching over a little, Amanda grabbed a bowl of what seemed Frosted Flakes and started eating those, wanting to make sure she had a good breakfast before the beginning of the first day of classes.

Lin sat at the Slytherin table, her face emotionless. She barely moved except the slight tilt of her left hand to pour black coffee into her mouth. Lin sighed then thought, Am I no better than Laura? Always getting into other people's business? What am I going to do if even Olivia begins to hate me? I do have other friends but... I don't care. If anything it shouldn't be me who's regretting speaking. She was just being horrible. Yeah. That's it. I'm the one who should be awaiting an apology

Laura sat down at the Hufflepuff table, laughing loudly at the comment a short chubby, brown haired friend of her's said. "Well Laura it's true. Your sister must be in some sort of evil club. She's so cold and so quiet!" Laura grinned as she stopped laughing, throwing her neat blonde hair that she died back into its perfect pony tail position. She looked nothing like her sister's twin now, not even like her sister. Laura wore her tie loose around her neck, with no cares. Lin wore a robe like most of the younger kids did instead of the blouse, vest, tie, and skirt deal. Lin's hair was black with died green stripes. The twins might of been causins from similar facial appearences, but other than that? Nothing.

"Because... I'll see you guys later, gonna go find out what class I have first." Olivia went over and sat next to Lin. "Long time no see."
