Train Hallway

Holly dragged Fry outside. She wasn't sure where to start, so she said, "Are you sure we shouldn't be together?" which sounded a lot better in her mind than it did out loud.

Fry looked down at her. "We're cousins, Holly."

Holly rolled her eyes. "No, we're not. You're just pretending to be my cousin. And you're lucky we're letting you!"

"I'm not pretending. What's your problem?" He avoided eye contact with her.

"My problem is you! You're so ignorant! And you're so pretending, if you were really my cousin you'd have a German accent and not an English one!"

He didn't say anything. "I'm sorry, Holly. I... I can't do it." His hair shaded his eyes.

"Can't do what? Act?"

"I can't be with you right now, can't you get it?!" he whispered.

"Why not? Is the big bad Gryffindor scared? There are a lot worse things that could happen, other than being my boyfriend, you know!"

"I don't want you in trouble. Why can't you just let it go?"

"Because, you know, I can protect you, and not hurt you! Unlike the reverse, which you think I'm doing!" Her vision blurred with tears of anger.

"You won't hurt me! I don't want people hurting YOU, that's what! So, I'm scared. Why does this have to be such a big deal for you?!"

"Because now, we've finally gone out, and you break up with me!"

"That's not it! Can't you see?! These aren't good times, okay?! Can't you get that through your head?!"

"CAN'T YOU GET IT THROUGH YOUR HEAD THAT I CARE ABOUT YOU?!" Holly screeched, slapping him. "God, you're such a stupid MUDBLOOD!"

With that, she ran past him and once she had turn the corner, she accidentally bumped into someone--and, not caring who it was, squeezed them and began sobbing on their shoulder.

Selia stuck her head out of the compartment. "I'm sorry, she is my friend and all, but that is a crazy-ass bitch!" She mumbled to herself. "She's going to get you killed."

The person she ran into was Antonio. He stared down at her with a slight scowl on his face, but either way began stroking her hair. He didn't really know it was her, but the hair seemed familiar. Either way, she was crying, so.

Selia saw Antonio, her mouth dropped open, and she went back into the compartment, slamming the door.

He looked up, slowly at Fry. "..."


Fry held his breath. If he heard...


Eventually, Antonio spoke. "I never knew your hair was like telephone cords, Holly!" There was a slight tint of humor in his voice.

Holly gasped. "A-Antonio?!" she squealed, pushing herself away from him. "G-get away f-from me!"

With that, she ran off to her own compartment.

He laughed. Then he turned to Fry. But he didn't know it was Fry. Or did he. "You her cousin?"

Fry was trying to keep himself from running over there and punching Antonio through the wall. "Yeah,"

"Better take more care of her, she seems devastated about.... something." He turned around and entered his compartment.
