"Eh, thanks. I'm not that good at Charms. You and Kathy are really smart though. Carmen is too."

"I might be in Ravenclaw, but I'm not that good in charms." Andrea responded.

"Yeah, but you're still smart though. Hey, who do you think is going to win the Tournament. I hope it's Cedric, cause he's in my house!" she exclaimed excitedly.

Kathy put her essay away carefully. She wasn't really into the tournament stuff. Besides, none of the champions were in her house anyway. "Cedric, I guess..." she said.

"I'm not sure, they all seem to have a pretty good chance to win. Or else the goblet of fire wouldn't have chosen them. But I think I'd go for Cedric,"

"Well, I think Cedric has a more of a chance of winning than Harry." argued Lyn. "He's older, smarter, and well," she giggled a little. "He's a lot cuter than Harry too!"

Andrea smiled widely.
"I know!" she exclaimed and leaned backwards from laughing so hard.

Carmen, who was facing down towards her half-finished paper, lifted her eyes to glance at her two friends.
"He's OK. But remember who destroyed he-who-must-not-be-named,"

[no, the oniony cabbage. o_o]

"Eh, I guess that's cool. But no one really knows he defeated You-Know-Who though,"

"I agree, but it's still really possible that he wins. He has the same possibility as the other ones. He got chosen, didn't he?"

"Course he did, isn't he the 'Chosen One'?" Andrea replied.

"Sure, if you say so."

"I'm still going for Cedric, though."

Maya twirled her dark hair around happily. "I think they are both washouts. Victor Krum will win, for certain. He is so much stronger than the others." She was looking much better, dark hair shining against her pale skin. Ever since her brother had gotten better, Maya was becoming much happier.

"Eh, I'm going to be pulling for Cedric. He's really cool!"

Carmen turned to glance at Maya. "And where'd you come from?" she questioned. She looked quite bored.

Andrea wrinkled her nose.
"Krum doesn't look that... smart... but the Goblet of Fire chose him, so..."

"So what if the G.O.B. chose him? He still looks like a loser. And that Fleur girl might be pretty and all, but she doesn't really look like fight-material."

"I'm Maya, you've known me all year, you third-class anti-socialite," Maya said coldly. "And yes, Fleur is very pretty, and she looks a lot smarter than prettyboy over in hufflepuff, or our personal celebrity Potter."

"I think Fleur should just go back to being a model, she might break a nail during the tournament."

"I don't think she's a model, besides, pretty people should get a chance too," Maya said testily, angered mostly because of the fact she was doing her nails at the moment.

"What the flip, Maya. I was just asking. Anybody would ask if somebody just popped up next to somebody and joined into the conversation. And for your information, I never really talked to you much."

"Eh, she's quite a bit of a model-whatever person in my opinion. Cedric rules. My sister Kelsi says that Harry's some attention-seeker that's only interested in getting attention in everything. But, I don't think so. I mean, he might have gotten into the Goblet of Fire somehow, but it's not like I'd gang up against him and stuff." Andrea said matter-of-factly, and turned to watch Maya paint her nails.

"So, you think everyone who looks pretty is destined for a life of stereotypical activities and jobs? How dare you!" Maya narrowed her eyes more, finishing her nails and tucking away the polish.

"No, of course not. But she acts like one of those people. Please, don't jump to conclusions." Andrea exclaimed, and eyes Maya.


Carmen rolled her eyes.
"It's cold, I'm hungry, Dinner's in less than an hour. and I need a shower. Bye," she stood up, and tucked everything away into her bag, and strolled out of the court towards the castle.
