Train Compartment #13

"She was in the Hospital Wing."

Libby rolled her eyes to the ceiling, thinking. "That's true. But she can't possibly be trampled by centaurs. Why would she be in the Forbidden Forest?"

"How do I know?"

Libby shrugged, meeting her eyes with Robin's again.

"Hey, have you ever wanted a pet?"

"I used to have a little brown owl," Libby pulled her knees up to her chest. "But this summer I want to get another pet. My owl flew away or something."

"Oh, that's so sad."

Libby smiled weakly. "Oh well. That's life."

"Sadly. Maybe you'll get a new pet."

"I hope so. Maybe a cat or something..."

"I would want a dog. A really small one."

"Dogs aren't allowed at Hogwarts, though."

"That's what sucks, though."

"Yeah. Dogs are adorable."

I like the big ones. Except I don't think I'd be aloud to bring them.

"We aren't allowed to bring dogs in the first place."

"I know. But for home it would be rather fun."

[*durrhurr*]

"We'd be away from it most of the year, though."

"Oh well, at least there'll still be a dog when I come home. Hey, it's really dark out, now."

"It is?" Libby looked out the window. "Great, we'll be there soon."
