Sixth Year Girl Dorm

"Yeah." Libby took the gifts, and opened them. "Oh, this is awesome! I love it! Thanks. I'll give you yours later, I really need to get dressed and stuf... ugh. I don't feel good."

"You're welcome!" Amanda smiled, then nodded. "You might be havign that WONDERFUL gift of the month... Liv and I are downstairs when you're ready." Amanda ran back down.

Libby mumbled a "yeah", and stood up. She stretched, extending her arms as long as they could go, uncurling her fingertips, standing on tiptoe. All that. Once she had stretched, she changed into a simple light blue T-shirt, jeans, and red-and-white striped toe socks. All the while, she was trying to remember who "Liv" might be. The name seemed so familiar, but she just couldn't figure out why.

Kelsi was back from Christmas. She was by her bed, unpacking. She looked kind of bored, because she hasn't seen any of her friends, yet.

Amanda cheerfully walked in, the noticed Kelsi. "Hey, stranger!"

"Hey."

[Okay, you guys, can you please stop with the one-word posts? o_o;]

"Kels! You're back!" Libby exclaimed, just coming in from the bathroom. She ran over to Kelsi, and gave her a hug. A really, really tight hug.

"Libby!" Kelsi spun around, and hugged her friend back. Kelsi smelled like the train, and for some reason, suitcases. "How was your Christmas? Mine was rather boring. I wish I had better stuff to do, I was the only sibling who came home! The rest stayed at the school. And Ally was being some depresso freako, so yeah."

"Why didn't you go hang out with my brother? DID you? Was it fun? Why is Ally being some 'depresso freako'?" Libby continued to bombard Kelsi with a bunch of fast questions about how her break was.

"Yes! I did! Only we didn't kiss, he said he didn't want to be a pedo and date some girl still in school. Which I agreed, but it's embarrassing, a bit. And he knew I was creepy, and swooned all over him, and it was really annoying, but hilarious, too. And her cafe burnt down a couple months ago, and Alex ditched her because she was muggle born, or something."

"Oh yeah, he was creepy. And I don't really blame him for not wanting to seem like a pedo, but... be assertive if you want to date him and if it's embarrassing, so what? I've gotten over the embarrassment of my best friend and my brother kissing. And Ally's cafe burnt down?! Alex ditched her? What the hell?"

"No, I just meant it must be a bit lame for him to date some girl still in school. But yeah, I guess I should have been more assertive. And sorry I never told you! Just, I was so annoyed, it drove me mad for a while. Then I kind of forgot about it."

"Oh, it's fine. But, next time, talk to me about it, okay? Hey, do you need any help unpacking?"

"Hell yeah! I got all this stuff at the muggle malls, there were these styles in that I had to say- were really nice. So I decided to buy a few things. And then some other random stuff for fun. I was really bored, so I spent most of my allowance and Christmas money."

Amanda listened, kind of out of it through parts of the conversation, till she finally found a good spot to enter in. "Oh, that's nice. What kind of stuff did you buy?"

"Keychains, small pens, stuff like that."

"Ah. The stuff that grabs the human eye..."

"Yeah. Exactly."

"Heh."

Kelsi had finished unpacking. Actually, not really, since her clothing was all on her bed. She just threw the suitcase under her bed, and began bringing the clothes to the wardrobe. "Man, I'm happy to be back."

"You didn't miss anything, but it's good to have you back."

"I didn't? Hmm... you'd think something would happen. Libby, anything happen between you and Max?"

Amanda blinked, waiting for her answer.
